Very easy to find. Just follow the signs for the ferry boat to Spain and keep walking along the river until you see a huge brownish building, a restaurant. Turn right.

We paid €26 for a room and breakfast. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental buffet style and there was plenty. Unfortunately the waiting staff, although cheerful, spent most of their time "out the back" so the items on the buffet were not replenished when they ran. But, all in all, you get what you pay for and, at that price, it was certainly value for money.

Myself and my partner came here to our home town on holidays as we live away, having had stayed at coraçao da cidade before we thought we would give it ago again. (Both of us stayed at different times and never together)||We booked a double room with a double bed.|When we arrived we got informed that we are only two and the bedroom they had had a double and a single bed and because we are only two we couldn't stay in that room, and obviously because we both male we needed a double room with single beds. |Discrimination? Well we took it well but said we wouldn't be happy and if we paid for a double bed that was what we wanted. |Took them 3 days to fin us a room but no refund given for the time spent in a single bed.|The beds are very cheap and uncomfortable.|The rooms are clean everyday but however the cleaners are very loud and start speaking (shouting) and laughing at eachother very early. |You feel like you have to be ready everyday at 7am so the room can be cleaned. Twice we got knocked at our door for the cleaning in the morning and both times before 10am... Does make us feel any more comfortable.||However, the breakfast is nice with a variety of foods and cake.||The location couldn't be any better, but not full advantage of its locations is being taken. |Unfortunately for us this was the last time we stay at Coraçao da cidade but we wish the team all the best. |

No major complaints. Basically, you get what you pay for. Pretty cheap and central place, but rooms are tiny with very cheap furniture and beds. Rooms seem to be clean, but some door locks aren't working. It's basically a very cheap option if your OK with staying in a very cheap place.

I only stayed there for 1 night, and that was quite enough. ||||. Room wasn't ready when we arrived, and had to wait 2 hours for they to get around to clean it up. ||||. Rooms are awful, old, smelly and no sound proof. You can hear everything, from the bell, to the receptionists to your fellow guests. ||||. Service is terrible. 2 receptionists discussing at high volume from 8 to 10 am, just outside our the room's door. ||||. No breakfast

Basic hotel at a cheap price. It's in a really small border town so don't expect too much. Free breakfast at a nearby restaurant was slightly better than what you'd expect at an average American motel.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 1 night on our way to Costa Del Sol.||Our room was a good size, nicely decorated, had air-conditioning and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom with it's shining tiled floors .||The location is excellent, only a 2 minute walk to the main square and not far from the waterfront area in this quaint, interesting town.||The breakfast was very generous and in a restaurant only 2 minutes away.||Very good value for money.

On the corner of Rua Dr Teofilo Braga and Rua Almirante Candido dos Reis, just a short walk up from the main square in Vila Real del Santo Antonio. A big and confusing restaurant that sprawls across a couple of properties, not all of which have the same name. Quite pleasant, but not distinguished in any way. Average prices.
