Hospederia del Real Monasterio

An incredible place to stay, hugely memorable, unique and beautiful. The rooms have a slightly austere style (in keeping with the monastery), but they are clean and comfortable, with a tv and wifi. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and they added as much to the charm to our stay as the amazing architecture and imagery.

Absolutely wonderful! We stayed 2 nights here and Absolutely loved it! The guy at reception let us park our motorbike right at the door, away from the cars. ||Our room was absolutely beautiful, we loved it.||The hotel itself is just so peaceful and beautiful to walk around.||We ate both days at the restaurant. The food was amazing. The staff so friendly. ||We absolutely loved it and wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a wonderful and absolutely gorgeous hotel. It used to be a monastery, so it's centuries old with a lot of charm. The staff is extremely professional, kind, and go out of their way to assist and make you comfortable.

Sometimes in life you come across an absolutely breathtaking place. This is it. Excellent and personalized service, the Hospederia’s beauty is unparalleled.

Great place to stay. What to expect:|1 Huge room with a large ensuite bathroom.|2. Second bedroom Our room on the second floor has twin beds and a double in another room.|3. Great dinner. We had the €23 set menu. Large portions and excellent service.|4. The fact that you are sleeping in a UNESCo Heritage Site.|5. Great breakfast included.

This place is such a wonderful place to stay, the whole building is incredible. Our room was large and comfortable, not fancy in style, but very fitting with the building. We had dinner in the restaurant, it was great, so lovely sitting in the cloisters, the food was very good, as was breakfast the next morning.

It was such a nice experience and surprise to be hosted in a monastery, the staff is very friendly and educated. The view it’s extremely warm, giving you the sensation that you are living on a castle, bringing you a medieval vibe. Not to much crowded but located near to the center of activities such as restaurants and disco.

We stopped just one night. Rooms are cool and spacious. There are plenty of seating areas within this lovely old building. Breakfast was busy and people were waiting for the coffee machine and toaster. These items are in a corner and it feels a bit claustrophobic. The amount of space this hotel has I think they need to spread out the breakfast area. The nicest thing about this hotel was being woken up by tweeting bird song and seeing hundreds of house martins sitting on wires across the hotel.

This was one of those memorable places you'll want to share. You'll sleep in a small room which overlooks the square surrounded and inside a cathedral in the middle of town. Great access to all sorts of restaurants and events
