I surprisingly rate this place. I managed to get a one night stay for $130 so didn’t expect the most luxurious accomodation BUT I was impressed. First of all I hate most motel beds but (room 20) double bed was lush. Room was lovely and clean, mini bar has a cute little selection of drinks soda, wine, beer and water. ROOM SERVICE/Dine in 👏🏾 so good! I’m a fussy eater and even I was happy with everything on our plates. Ordered scotch fillet with prawns and garlic sauce, meat was tender garlic sauce was to die for and prawns were perfectly cooked. Pork & potato medley was full of flavoured. Pricing was quite fair, worth the money. Very happy with the food, only disappointing part is we are leaving to early to enjoy breakfast. The room/bathroom are definitely a bit older style but has everything you need, beautiful and clean just a little bit squishy, perfect for one person at a time not 3 daughters fighting for the mirror in the morning. Only downside was when checking in there was no one in reception for about 20minutes couldn’t find any of the service staff and is a bit of a drag when traveling for 10 hours but they were all running errands which is understandable ,otherwise the service was lovely staff were very polite. This will be our pit stop from now on.

On a quick stopover we found the accommodation descent and affordable. The premises offer swimming pool, restaurant and shops are a 2min drive away. Yes, rooms look a bit dated but the price was good, affordable. Bed was comfi and ample space. No kitchen facilities, just a fridge hence a skillet would be handy to carry with you like we always do. I did find the restaurant prices steep so we decided to eat out elsewhere. I Would recommend for one/two nights stopover.

Staying here is like visiting your Grandmother. Things are old, but they are very clean and keep up. Room was large. Shower was good with pressue and hot water. Loved the cookies provided with the tea. Breakfast was good with cereal and yogurt and fruit. Staff was very friendly. We were surprised at the location, just steps away from the water. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very dated, with peeling paint everywhere. The duvet was dirty, and the shower had very low water pressure. I could only partially open one window. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat. Breakfast was very basic. The pool was a bit dirty. I do not recommend the restaurant: small and expensive portions and the oysters were off. The only really positive point was the girl at reception, who was very kind.

Very dated rooms. Paint peeling off everywhere. I had a room facing the pool but could not see out of the windows due to the build up of dirt on the outside. I was only able to partially open one window, the other was jammed shut with years of neglect. Found lots of short curly hair all through the room, mostly in the bathroom, none of it was mine though... Reading other reviews it seems as though the recurring theme is the lack of ongoing maintenance. Breakfast is very basic, but nice to have. No microwave in the room. Bed was comfy, but the pillows very flat. Not the greatest and I wouldn't stay for more than a night.

I’m very happy with my stay here. My room is clean and everything works well. My dinner was pretty good. Receptionist and wait staff are lovely. This is not the Ritz - I don’t understand why there are so many negative comments here - you get way more than you pay for at this establishment. Thank you. PS Really appreciate the clean and comfy bed too.😊

I can’t even rate this accommodation 1 star I had to leave a review so had to select at least 1 star or could not post It was disgustingly filthy. Hair in and on bedding, hair and pubic hair in shower and bathroom floor, bin wasn’t emptied and it smelt so musty I opened window and that still didn’t help. Obviously had not been cleaned in awhile. We quickly left with a full refund.

I didn't experience any of the issues mentioned by other reviewers. The room was very clean and the inside wasn't too dated either. Bathroom was clean as well. Tho service is pretty barebone so don't expect too much. The free guest laundry was a bonus tho!
