Hospitality Port Hedland

This motel had some very good and some poor features. The rooms were adequate and there was plenty of room with a double and single bed. The bathroom was dated but functional and the bathroom and shower were good. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable but the worst feature was the air conditioning. It was noisy and blew directly onto the head of the bed so that whatever temperature you put it on whilst it was still cool it sent a blast of cold air right onto our faces. We had to turn it off, so by the morning it was pretty hot in the room. |The best feature was the tropical breakfast which was included. It was a very generous "tropical breakfast" which really was plenty without having to purchase any hot meal in addition. |If we stayed here again we would certainly ask for a room with more suitable air conditioning and a room with a view of the ocean rather than the street opposite. We had booked many months in advance so don't know why we weren't given this option.|We stayed 3 nights - the towels were changed the first morning and then not the next 2. |The first afternoon we were there we went up to reception to ask if we could fill our water bottles before we headed out. The receptionist was going on his break and was locking up so asked if we could wait till he came back. As we were heading out that wasn't possible and thought that in an area with such heat that a quick couple of minutes to fill a couple of bottles might have been a bit of a courtesy. There was water in the fridge but not enough for 2 bottles plus we then had to walk back to get that.

Really clean rooms, beautiful pool and getting breakfast included in your stay is a bonus. Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing. Highly recommend.

The room was absolutely fine, plenty of space and we had an ocean view which was great. A delightful surprise was the full continental breakfast included in our tariff which was fresh and lovely. Would definitely stay there again if passing through.

Rooms are very comfortable a/c was on so room cool when arrived 3 rd time stayed here had to come for business, had dinner was the start of new menu tonight when we stopped here the only down side was very very hot in restaurant 2 a/c units can’t handle the area but the meals were very good can’t complain, breakfast also in same restaurant still found it pretty warm inside even at 7.30 am but overall very good would stay again

Very clean, neat, and tidy with a great price! We just checked in, and a lot of thoughtful touches immediately warmed our hearts. The room was cool, there was cold water in the fridge, and a lovely card welcomed us—I'm keeping it as a memory. Even the bathroom was equipped like a 5-star hotel. We love traveling around Australia, and we'll definitely be back here. Highly recommend this place!

Our room was bare bones basic, old rooms with old decor. The room was clean, but had a funky smell coming from the bathroom. We did have an oceanfront room. A/C is a window unit installed high on the wall that blankets the bed in cold air. Small fridge was supplied.

Nice motel on the water front. The beds are comfy, good water pressure in shower.. I ordered room service for when I got back from being out, when I got back didn’t realise there no microwave. So had cold lamb shanked was still nice and literally fell off the bone. The brekkie wrap is super nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Booked via work. Not too bad of a place. Staff are great food is fantastic.
