Hospitality Port Hedland

Great stay at this hotel. The room was what we expected: clean, well-equipped and with a beautiful view. The big surprise was the restaurant: we’ve been in Australia for 23 days but this meal was by far the best we had. Next to this: impeccable service from a very very friendly staff. Love this place.

Exceptional service and location! I ended up ordering room service — which you don’t get much of these days — and I was so thankful for it. But the food… OMG! The restaurant is small, and reception mentioned I’d need to book even on a Tuesday night — I now know why! The food and the ocean view were out of this world. Five stars every day of the week. 🌊🍽️👏

Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. |Our room was fairly average; plenty of room and comfortable, looking a bit tired but providing all the essentials travellers look for. |The hotel has a very good restaurant and they also include an excellent continental breakfast at no extra cost.|No view from your room - unless you pay an extra $50 for a view overlooking the ocean, which makes it very expensive accommodation, for what you get.

Best location, large rooms with great views. Had the lamb surf and turf and sticky date pudding. Meals are great and good value

Older style country motel with brown/orange bathrooms and a shower curtain. Expensive for what it is but that’s how it goes up here.|Aircons are still box in the wall style which are hideously loud and probably could’ve been upgraded to splits a long time ago. I’ve seen many complaints about this over the years. |On the upside parking is outside your door, ocean view rooms are available, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the reception staff are always lovely and the restaurant is the best in town. |There is also a good bar 5 min walk up the road.

The motel is located out of the small centre. Check in was smooth and friendly. The room itself was clean, spacious but very dated. For a one night stay perfectly fine. Good beds, smart TV and decent bath room. Their onsite restaurant was enjoyable and good quality. If they would give the rooms a refit and install a quiet airco it would be 4 stars. But do recommend!

The hotel location was lovely on the waterfront and the room was basic but beautifully clean. Unfortunately they don’t have rooms with king sized beds so we had a room with a queen with a single which worked for us. The restaurant had a lovely ambience and the food was cooked beautifully. A pleasant country motel.

Wonderful staff at the front desk to greet you at check-in! Restaurant is 10/10 get the Orange Chicken I forgot the actual name but you will know it when you see it on the menu. We got a basic room and that had old decor but clean and nice and very comfortable! Would stay here again! Excellent location and lovely to walk along the waterfront!
