An incredible dining experience in a gorgeous, intimate space. We felt transported away from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. The amount of consideration put into every aspect of the experience- from the lighting and decor, table service, to the food itself- really comes across. Thank you so much Zev and his team for the amazing time!

We went here for our anniversary dinner and it was incredible. We had such fantastic service the staff were just so amazing and attentive. The food was just perfect, amazing value. 10/10 recommend, we'll definitely be coming back.

Had an amazing time at Host for dinner. The Front of House Manager Milo was wonderful and so knowledgeable. We had the Just Feed Me (a selection of the chef’s favourite dishes) and the Wine Splash (a paired wine expertly chosen by Milo to go with the meals). He gave a really good explanation of the dishes and the wines in a way that was accessible for someone who admittedly knows nothing about wines and the like. The atmosphere is so private and intimate, perfect for a date night or a night out. Overall a perfect night out. So excited to dine here again!

A friend of mine and I recently had a business dinner here. We were welcomed as soon as we entered and had impeccable service from then on. We agreed on the 'feed me' menu option and were impressed with everything bought to us. The various foods and some brief cooking methods were described to us and the octopus was by the far the best I've ever, ever, ever eaten. The times between meals was adequate, not rushed, not drawn out, just the right time to digest and sample another red from the selection of fine wines on offer. We were not disappointed and it was good to see a full house too as that's always a good sign and it wasn't noisy either. Since I had dinner here with a mate I best book a table for two before Xmas for my wife haha.

My husband and I love cooking ourselves, so really appreciate the complex simplicity of good flavours and quality food, but this dining experience has been absolutely phenomenal. Extraordinary flavours and food! It's literally the best dining experience we have had in Australia- and we've been here 8 years! Everything was amazing- the staff, the service, the food, the wine... it was fantastic. A special Thank you to Bop for an amazing evening. We will definitely be back!

I'm not much of a meat eater, but overall our first dining experience here was delicious, and each dish was curated and introduced with obvious expertise. The fact the dishes were small but plentiful gave us the opportunity to try a wide range of tastes without feeling overfull; the meal felt like the perfect amount. The house made lemonade was also a highlight and I really liked the zucchini flowers. The autumn veg felt like a few too many flavours in one, but still nice. If there was a more plant based version I'd probably go back every few months, but as it was, it was a lovely and unique dining experience that I'd recommend.

There’s food and then there’s art. HOST never ceases to amaze you with their level of creativity and astonishing execution of every element. Impossible to choose a favourite dish and every one is better than the last, not to mention the brilliant choice of wines to complement every bite. Toowoomba is lucky to have these guys here, can’t see what they come up with next

Went here for a walk-in dinner with the partner on a Thursday night. Al-a-carte was available, however we chose the set menu ($110pp) and one wine pairing ($60pp). The set menu included nine dishes, all of which were delicious, well-balanced and perfectly prepared, particularly the fish and lamb cap. Highly recommend the wine pairing, which included three unique wines that were not on the usual list. Smart casual ambience. Friendly and efficient service. Prices reflective of fine-dining and well worth it. Highly recommend for fine dining in Toowoomba.
