Hostal Adelino

I am forced to give a star but they deserve -3 honestly. Bedroom full of coackroachs. They tried to give us an insecticide but there were too many, and we don't pay an hotel to stay with insects. The lack of respect of the employee was to huge that it looked like a gag. The receptionist kept saying we were lying but she did see them despite every lie she would tell and she tried to kick me out of the room by switching off the lights (quite obvious that coackroach only go out in the darkness). She NEVER apologised on the behalf of the establishment and never paid us back even though we left immediatly. I got scammed of 120€. I have been around the world and never saw a worst hotel. Insane. NEVER GO THERE! LIARS AND THIEFS !!!!! EDIT : of course they would be lying as well in their response… so yes Delphine and I traveled together but we are not the same person so 4 eyes seeing the same……. As well as your receptionist, she did see the cucarachas but when she saw them she kicked me out of the room, and switched off the lights so they would disappear. When you are trying to answer a comment, please at least say the truth. Son mentirosos y estafadores. You should be ashamed of yourself. A propre establishment should at leader try to talk to the client and find a proper solution and stop calling the client a liar. A proper establishment won’t steel money from the client and will try to find out why the receptionist was so mean and arrogant. LIARS AND THIEVES !

The staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing that was an issue was that they turned off the electricity in our room in the middle of the night. So lights, air conditioning, etc turned off. Then it was back on the next morning. It was very strange and there was no warning that this would happen. Other than that, the rooms were clean and there was housekeeping every day. There was a mini fridge in the room which was nice.

great stay! had some initial issues with the booking, but staff was very helpful and we were able to resolve everything smoothly. the rooms were very clean as well and quite spacious for the price. the location was amazing, less than 10 minutes to the beach and right across from a market. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

If you’re planning on a vacation from hell then look no further! Adelino could well go down in the Guinness book of world records for the worst hostel to stay at in the world let alone Ibiza. Of course being rated one star, you should not expect the glitz and glamour but a little respect from staff wouldn’t go a miss. It appeared straight away the moment we arrived the atmosphere was dull from the get go but me and friends didn’t let it bother us, we didn’t think much into it. Aware that it was a hostel that accommodated for all including families, we were a respectful bunch of friends enjoying our holiday. However whenever we returned each night from an evening out, even the slightest noise of conversation entering the building we were greeted with a rude “shh, shutup, be quiet” from the delightful night staff. Not only that, whenever we would return to our rooms, one of the night staff would seemingly go out of his way to hawk the corridors at night to listen to our conversations and would bang on our doors and tell us to shut up because we were being “too loud”.. Never have I experience a hostel/hotel that you weren’t allowed to even talk at a normal volume after dark in my own room that I had paid for. We were threatened to have the police called on us numerous times, with the third night of staying there we had enough of the abuse and told him to leave us alone. Shortly after we were greeted by local police who arrived at our door which was to our surprise. As we gave an account of our side of the story we were threatened to be put in jail if anymore ‘complaints’ were put against us. As they left the room we began to talk about the experience that had just happened in which the police booted the door through an assaulted one of my friends multiple times with a metal baton and then left. Shocked and frightened we thought we were going to be taken away by Police officers that night but thankfully nothing else happened from there. The next morning we were told in rude fashion that we had to leave within the hour or the police would be called again. From my experience it’s safe to say one star is above and beyond generous, if I could offer a minus 1 star then I’d take the offer and run. At no costs will I ever be advising people to stay here nor will I ever be returning. Thanks

staff were lovely, rooms were nice with a bed, fridge, on-suite bathroom and balcony. the pool was very small but adequate. the rooms were cleaned every day and there was a supermarket directly opposite (and lidl 15 mins walk away) which was very handy. the only complaint is that there was lots of noises and banging from inside the building-sounded like furniture being moved around? or maybe the lift making noises as my room was right next to the lift- this went on all throughout the night, every night which wasn't good if you are a light sleeper like me. the walls were thin and you could hear other guests and the road outside. apart from the noise, the hotel was lovely and in good location, only 10 minutes from the beach.

Amazing Staff! Thanks to the Receptionist Jessica our stay was unforgetable! The cleaning lady did also a great job, because the floors and the room was always very clean. The location is fantastic, just 10 min. walk to the beach and in 3 min. car drive you are outside the City. Parking is a bit challanging, but you find always a place somewhere in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come again and reccomend this place!

The room was clean and tidy, enough space with decent lighting in the room. I loved the bed, harder and very comfortable! There is a supermarket right in front of the hostal which is officially open until 20:30 but very often was open longer which could be useful. The main bus station was cca 5 minutes by walk.
