A nightmare stay. There was a family on my floor with multiple rooms that stayed up until 1 am on my first night, yelling and occasionally switching between the rooms. The doors in this hotel cannot be closed quietly and each time, it’s a loud boom. I asked them to quiet down and they ignored me. I complained to reception the next day. She said she would speak with those guests, but did not offer to switch my room. It might be because there were no vacancies or because it’s a very small hotel and you could probably hear this family in every single room anyway. The next night, it lasted until 2 am. With two nights of disrupted sleep, it ruined my trip to León. This hotel’s reception leaves at 3 PM, so you have absolutely no recourse with unruly guests that keep you up through the paper thin walls. The only thing that could have made the stay worse would have been bed bugs! There’s also no desk and nowhere to put your soap/shampoo in the shower other than the floor.

Hotel was nicely decorated and clean. Our room had a terrace with a patio table and chairs. The common area on the bottom floor had a full kitchen, coffee machine, and vending machine. The front desk has limited hours. In the afternoon, once the front desk has left, hotel staff is available via intercom.

Perfect location in a quiet street right by the fabulous Cathedral. Very comfortable bed - great shower and a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. You access kitchen where breakfast is served across a glass floor covering (I’m guessing) Roman excavations. The staff are very friendly, check in and out simple. Extremely good value too.

Great hotel at a quiet but very central part of the city. Rooms are clean and nice, services like breakfast, kitchen and blow dryer are available. For this price, the level of comfort and location is incredible! A great stopover during your camino if you need some rest.

The location and the price simply could not be better. We were just steps away from the cathedral in the heart of the historic center. The hotel fronts on a narrow pedestrian way so there is no traffic noise at all. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are all quite friendly. The only weak point was the breakfast they offered at 3 euros each but it is hardly worth mentioning. ||This is not a fancy hotel by any means but it is comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone who would rather spend their money on good food and good wine instead of pricey hotel rooms.

This was an excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and much better than many hostals where stayed along the Camino. For Leon, it was reasonably priced. It is very close to the Cathedral and, so centrally located. The only negative was the check-in. There's not always someone at the desk. So, when we arrived, we could not get in. The instructions at the door are not clear how to get admission if the door is locked. This resulted in a 10-15 minute delay to check in. The breakfast was included in the price of our room and compared to many of the "free breakfasts" was very good and abundant. The staff setting up the breakfast were very pleasant and helpful.
