Badly mounted toilet paper holder and a little mould in the shower (at least in room 105). Beds were comfortable though. Very close to the beach

Very nice rooms. Location good, but hard to find parking nearby. No breakfast option.

Very beautiful hotel in a very nice location!!!! Alexander - the responsible person af the hotel - was really halpful and amazing person! He guided us very detailed where to go to the city, which places and restaurants and bars to visit!!!! Appreciate!!!! Donostia is a place amazing really woth visiting! Tahnk yoy Alex!

Lovely location but the room needs improvement.. The AC vent was so dirty that we had to clean it ourselves so there’s cool air coming out.

A little Gem a few meters away from the beach. The value for money is incredible as the rooms are spacious with a common lounge which adds an extra layer of comfort. It is quiet, clean and simple

Really good location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes done the promenade to the old town. Rooms were nice and clean. Balcony with a sea view. Would stay here again

For us the hotel was great; it was close to the beach, walking distance to the old town, shopping street. Since we were with our daughter the location was really important for us. Also the hotel was kid friendly. They change the hand towels everyday, which is amazing. There was drinking water in the next room, also coffee machine. In that room you can work on your laptop, drink coffee and enjoy the view. I cant skip Alex’s help, he was smiling all the time, supported us with all of our questions and kept our luggages on the last day. Also, the gentleman who welcomed us on Sunday was also helpful, apologies i forgot his name 🙈, i only saw him on the first day. In short, we took what we required on this nice trip. Thanks a million 🤍

The room is comfortabile and clean, but not enough for the price we paid. We complain about the fact that : 1)No one was waiting for as at the annoucend arrival time, but we had to ask by phone, where and how to enter the room. 2)On the day of departure, there is no possibiliti to stvore luggage until departure to the airport. 3)And the biggest complaint is that the towels we found in the bathroom are changed only once in 7 days, which l have never experienced before.
