This hotel is amazing value for money! We stayed here for 4 nights and I honestly couldn’t fault it. Such a great location with lots of shops and restaurant’s nearby. The rooftop terrace is amazing with the view of the cathedral. The staff are all so lovely. No faults.

Charming hotel in a great spot in the old town. Staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean. Ideal location for a few nights. Rooftop is a delight and offers amazing views across Palma. Many great restaurants nearby too. Would highly recommend

What a good choice we made when booking here.|Great location in the old part of Palma with amazing views from the rooftop.|Staff were all very friendly.|Room itself was very clean and comfortable, our room had a Juliet balcony. |Room amenities were a small fridge, a hairdryer and soap/shower gel.|All the communal areas were kept clean and tidy.|There was a nice bar area where breakfast was served (extra) but we didn’t sit in this area as the weather was so good we used the roof terrace.|We hope to come back to Palma and would definitely stay here again.

We visited for a few days recently and found the hotel to be ideal. It is in a great location near restaurants/bars/shops, the rooms are clean (if a little small), the roof terrace has excellent views and every member of staff we encountered was very friendly.

We couldn’t fault this hotel. We had e mailed beforehand for a room to the back,away from street noise. Which we got, no view. But on the 7th floor is a seating area with excellent views of the city and harbour. Your really only into the room for sleeping and showering. The room is spacious with a good bed. Staff very accommodating and the breakfast excellent. Anything you needed you got!

The Hotel is in the city center, just next to the Passage. 24 hours open reception, very helpful staff. You can ask anytime for free water to drink. The room has kettle, refrigerator, TV, 2 Air Conditioner. Terrace was beautiful and open 24 hours. The building is in very good condition and has an elevator. Also, although it is in the city center, rooms are quiet.

6 of stayed here in great comfort for a 5 day trip to Palma. The breakfast was great, location brilliant and surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of the old town on a busy street. My room's view was of the lift shaft so I simply shut the blinds. I don't think anyone had a good view but as we spent very little time in the rooms that didn't matter. The roof terrace is awesome!! We had a couple of pre dinner drinks up there - with the most amazing view of the cathedral and Palma generally. Can't recommend this enough.
