I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center of Mallorca. The location was perfect, close to everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt welcome. A special thank you to Anna, who always talked to us, asking if we feel good and if we need anything. Overall, I had everything I needed and was very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super lovely and the location is second to none. Despite there not being a kettle in the room I appreciated being able to use the kettle in the main canteen area. I also really liked the luggage storage and bathroom facilities we could take advantage of after check out. The roof top is incredible and the perfect spot for coffe every morning. It can get a little noisey at night with so many bars and restauratns close by but it was all a part of the fun experience. All around super happy with my stay and will consider rebooking again in future.

Room 31 - needs handle on inside of en-suite sliding door. Outer door to lift needs stronger springs so other guests don’t leave it open! Water was a nice touch. Kettle in room would have been appreciated. Fantastic location, enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace even in mid November. Staff were very good and welcoming.

Hello, let's start with the minuses. 1. small bathroom, uncomfortable sitting on the toilet because of the sink. 2. bed made up of two small beds, 3. poor storage space for clothes. 4. drinking water, need to go to the ground floor, it would be better to have an electric kettle in the room where you can boil water and drink it, or another way. I consider the pluses to be good staff, family atmosphere, location of the hotel where there are many restaurants, pharmacies, shops nearby, the balcony was good but the view was a little worse but it cannot be considered a minus. Room was fine but small and therefore not bright. Thought the shower/toilet was in need of some TLC as looking a bit grubby around the shower in particular. Staff v.friendly, good breakfast and great location. Minor irritation was another guest leaving his light on all night shining into our room (there are shutters but dark in the mornings) and the night manager deciding to hammer for some time affixing shelving at 1.30am!! Need to fix a door closer on the lift too to stop guests leaving it open and therfore beeping until closed!! Good stay all the same, thank you.

Location is the best, sky terrace is beautiful but only for self-service use. Breakfast is basic, rooms are quite nicely renovated compared to the age of the building. Price is super for the quality

Hotel located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, with a smiling staff waiting for you at the entrance, the smell of cleanliness, a delicious breakfast and a roof top where you can touch the cathedral with your hand... warm recommendation, thank you Apontadures

Really nice cosy little Hotel. Lobby is comfortable and welcoming. Staff are great. Rooms are basic with good shower and Aircon. Little bit of damp smell in room intermittently. Overall really good value for a central Palma stay.
