The good = location in the heart of the Old Town, the staff service, the roof terrace view of the Cathedral||The not so good = my very cosy room (number 11) was on the 1st floor and just up from the street which made it a bit noisy and dark, doing my makeup was a best guess. |It also smelled a bit of drains and had no long mirror or drawers. I'm glad I was a solo traveller given the size of the room.||The price is reasonable though given the location.

Really nice cosy little Hotel. Lobby is comfortable and welcoming. Staff are great. Rooms are basic with good shower and Aircon. Little bit of damp smell in room intermittently. Overall really good value for a central Palma stay.

Very nice staff, amazing place, just right in the middle of old town centre, beautiful roof terrace and it was amazing to go there, sit and enjoy with family. But the bed was awful, looked like double sized, but it was to single next to each other, and we kept falling in the gap in the night. And ants in the bathroom. Other than that, great 😉

Love the location, the staff and the room was so nice. Close to everything. Totally recommend it. It’s not a hostel ;) is a hotel:) we stayed in room 304 . Big with a ”balcony” stayed in march and we could open the door and soak up the sun. Take the bus 2 euro to port de soller when it’s sunny.👌🏻

This hotel is amazing value for money! We stayed here for 4 nights and I honestly couldn’t fault it. Such a great location with lots of shops and restaurant’s nearby. The rooftop terrace is amazing with the view of the cathedral. The staff are all so lovely. No faults.
