Don't go!! It's a trap!
There's no real breakfast there just some bad coffee and an old.xake she purchases for the whole week.
We had a very bad experience here; we paid in advance a monthly fee for a multiple room for me, my husband, my son and my 3 cats. The place is not what it seems to be, the first room was too noisy for the street along side and the second room where we were relocated doesn't had internet, which is crucial for me to work.
As a solution the owner let my computer in other room but it was only available Monday to Friday morning so no internet on weekends.
We went there because it says is a pet friendly place and we have 3 cats
Given that our cats peed once in the living Room she asked to had the cats only in our room and roof top and we were OK with that. Blanca Estela ( the owner) also started to set new rules every day in the kitchen and we also accomplished everything she asked for.
Nonetheless, the bowling point came when She insulted my husband telling him he smells bad. So inappropriate!!
I consider this as a huge lack of respect!! Who would do that with a person that is paying for staying at its place?
Having said that we asked for a refund and we left after 15 days and she kept with 1600MXN and have us only 1300mxn back and threatened us with not paying if we call her to ask for our money.
The worst place ever with an ugly and rude owner. Never go there!!!!
