Friendly staff, clean rooms and super cozy and calm atmosphere with hammocks and little tables to enjoy the outdoors within the hostel area! A kitchen and fridge to use, it was ok! Good prices per night!

One of the cheapest and in my opinion the best hostels. It is quiet and relaxed, hammocks everywhere and all clean. The women is cleaning the hostel all day long. You can use the kitchen (everything is very old but ok) or get breakfast. We cooked our selves. The wifi works at the end of the garden (which is really big!) i think we paid around 20 euro for a double room with shared bathroom. Good price for here. Some bathrooms don't have hot water, or it takes a while before it get hot. De bathroom next to the entrance is the best.

We had one of the most basic rooms for 2 people, costing 16000 CLP per night. The room was clean and had a good amount of space. The bathrooms were clean and with hot water in the showers and the sinks.||||The owner is very friendly and happy to help and make your stay as convenient as possible. ||||There are lots of cats in the hostel, we very much enjoyed this but it might not be everybody's cup of tea. ||||The kitchen was well equipped, we had some food stolen overnight, which would not be a fault of the owners, but a shame that it happened when the general clientele were couples aged over 25. ||||For us, it was one of the cheaper options in the fairly expensive town of San Pedro, particularly for the private room rates, as the other hostels were more than double the cost.

This hotel has a great location that is close to everything, but so quiet. The landscaped common areas with tables, chairs, hammocks etc. are so relaxing. The room was clean and bright. The first day we didn't seem to have hot water in the shower, but then it worked fine for the rest of the time. Breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels (you got meat and cheese, juice, milk, cereal and yogurt in addition the usual bread, jam, tea and coffee). Wifi was hit or miss. There is a communal kitchen where a lot of other guests cook their daily meals. We did once, and the kitchen was basic but worked well for a break from eating out all the time, as restaurants are pretty pricey in San Pedro compared to other locations. Oh and there are some friendly cats that like to have breakfast with you!

The hostel room was very basic, with only two beds and a night stand. The bathrooms were clean, but the hot water was either extremely hot or cold. The location is pretty good, right next to a mini market, pharmacy, ATM, and the plaza de armas in a 5-7 minute walk. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and the common areas are nice.||The manager was pretty strict about not being outside the rooms past 12, which was really annoying. Even though we weren't in the area where all the bedrooms are, he wouldn't let us sit outside. It isn't really the best place for socializing and having fun. There is no smoking allowed, even outside the rooms.

I really liked this hostel. It's spread out over a rather large area so there's only wifi up one end, so we stayed in a room in this area but there's plenty of tables and chairs in the common areas if you want to use the wifi. The rooms and bathrooms are really clean and excellent value for money! It's a pretty quiet hostel, and good for socializing with other travelers to have a chat but definitely not a party hostel so you can count on getting a good nights sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I had a double room to myself for a cheap price—at other hostels for the same price I would have shared a dorm with others. (I did check other available options online and in person) The hostel is in a great location and I was grateful to use the WiFi quite a bit without any issues. I cooked for myself in the kitchen just fine and was also pleased with the friendly service. A nice little hostel. :)

It's very reasonably priced, not fancy but everything is clean and comfortable and more than sufficient. Location is perfect, and the owner is very relaxed and easy-going. Flexible with payment times and check out, as well as allowing us to store our luggage in between check out and when we caught our bus. Would definitely recommend especially for travellers on a budget
