Good value for money hotel. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet and walking distance from every sight and museum. Hard mattrasses, seemed new to me. Nice friendly staff. Would stay again.

In the center of ancient Mérida. Clean, roomy triple with decent closet space and modern bathroom. Extremely friendly, efficient staff. For reasonable 12€/day, parking is available in nearby private garage (need to reserve in advance). Highly recommend this hostal which is more like a small hotel. Perfect location!

New modern hotel, architect designed. Right in the center, close to the Teatro Romano, but on a side street so it very quiet. Unfortunately the AC/heating controls are locked so it was a little chilly in the nighttime. There's a hairdryer which may help dry your wet clothing. Recommended.

There are both pros and cons to this hotel.|Service by phone and at the hotel was excellent. Situated right in the heart of the historical part of the city walking distance to everything, you couldn't want for a better position. We had a family room, which worked great. End room so no noise and 2 big windows.|Reception is un attended between midnight and 8am which is fine and we were told so no problem, however did find it strange thst we were not given an emergency number.|The bedrooms were clean, large bathroom however only 1 mirror. Really needs a full length mirror in the bedroom. |There is WiFi which works well in reception but did not reach our bedroom.|The room on the first night was freezing but on the second night was incredibly hot and we could not get the ac to work so just opened the windows.|If you come by car there is nowhere to pull over outside the hotel as there are bollards so you need to hold up traffic while you un load but this did not seem to be a problem.|Considering the location of the hotel I thought it was well priced. |The hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated would stay again due to the location.

It took us over 30 minutes to walk to the hotel from the bus station, much of it uphill. The hotel is right in the old city. Newly built, the Emeritae is bright, clean and modern. Reception area is quite large. Check in was quick. Our room, although small, was clean, bright and accommodating. The bathroom was quite small, especially the shower. It was difficult to wash without hitting the walls. Water pressure was fine and the shower drained well. The bed was comfortable. We had no issues with the room. The WiFi was excellent in the room, fast and reliable. The location of the hotel is such that all of the main Roman sights are easily within walking distance.

Easy check in at this hotel, front staff helped us find the parking garage which is nearby at a cost of 10 Euro per day. Comfortable beds and friendly staff; who gave good recommendation for restaurants. On the do better side would be great if this hotel had a small restaurant or at least provided breakfast. Could only connect three computers/phones to the internet. We upgraded to a superior room and had a wonderful deck, but unfortuately could not use due to weather, but afforded good breeze in the room. Great location for experiencing Merida.

Spent 3 nights here. It's in a really good location for all the sites, restaurants and shops. Nice clean modern room, not huge but adequate. Walls quite thin, could here people in the next room quite clearly but fortunately they weren't noisy. Parking in the old town is really difficult, would strongly recommend booking the hostal's own parking, which is located a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was served in a local cafe, again just a couple of minutes walk away, good value , small coffee, small fresh orange, toast and croissant or pastry. Nice helpful staff on reception, the man came with us to show us where the garage was.

Pleasantly tucked away behind a large brown door is a startlingly modern but comfortable hotel. I stayed in a single room with a walk in shower. The reception staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is taken in a cafe a short walk away by again friendly, helpful staff. The food is fresh, generous. Really deserves 5 stars all round.
