Hostal Florencio

Ive only gave this a 4 star as i didn’t actually stay in one of the rooms. We were staying at an apartment just along the street but collected our key from here. We were allowed to use their pool which had a really nice rooftop area to sunbathe. Everything was nice and clean and the adjoining restaurant was really nice for food. We both got the same meal but he had potatoes instead of rice.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast very good. Pool what we have expected. The only let down was 10 euro charge to use an iron. Found it a bit bizarre. It should be there for the guest usage with no charge. Also hired the bikes for a day. Only 17 euros. Enjoyed the stay :)

We spend 5 night in this hotel , the rooms are nice shower pressure is good the only thing is that the walls are quite tin so you can hear everything but also it’s the ppl who are unfortunately can be loud not thinking of others. The food is tasty breakfast is included , u have many options, egg , has browns,veggies , bacon , mushrooms, sweet selection, fruit, cereal, coffee and nice juice also fresh baguette . Service is friendly and helpful. Location is good near to the beach and to buss stop , u can get to the airport with two bus easy and it will cost u only 7€ so don’t spend on taxi but be careful the buss stop don’t show where u at so follow google map . Over all we like the hotel it has a swimming pool as well but it was not hot enough to use , maybe next time . We recommend this place if you visiting Ibiza .

The hotel is in a lovely central location, clean with large rooms , however the pool wasn't open or functional during our stay , it had 2 men working on it and tape up , when I complained to trip they contacted the hotel who said it was open , absolutely bizarre reply. The fact is I could have stayed in ibiza Rick's whose pool was open ( as we went and checked ) for the same price . Hotel should be honest

One start too many! The AC does not work and the employee had a pis’poor excuse about the AC unit only working with heater when its cold out and the solution was to sleep with the window open to a lighted enclosed patio (no airflow AT ALL) and pretty much deal with it cause they were sold out. Broken glass, cigarette butts and ashes on the frame of the windows…We literally had to sleep with the hallway door open and have no privacy…So no solution, no accommodation, bad customer service. STAY AWAY!

|Special mention must |be given to the chef who organised a remarkable a la carte menu .He was particularly welcoming. As we're the rest of staff .Top marks to all.My room had all the facilities you need especially the brilliant pressure shower. Only one poor thing it was quite noisy at night but that wasn't the hotels fault .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my holiday. The food from the chef was excellent, and the customer service from the reception, bar, and room attendants was outstanding. Special thanks go to Jordi, Joan, Sofia, Kim, Jessica, Isaac, Ana, and Mildred. They were all very respectful and deserve to be promoted. I will definitely stay here again on my next holiday in July next year.

Excellent location, nice rooms. They could be a bit cleaner.
