Excellent indeed. Staff were exceptional as was the location and interior design. For the price paid it has to be 5/5, though there were a lot of mosquitos and the WiFi didn't reach the shared dormitory. Would still recommend 100% regardless of the latter points though.

Booked 3 nights in a private. The price is reasonable but the room was tiny, with no ventilation at all. The toilet was smelly all the time, damp all the time and the shower was on the floor so the water went everywhere. Not one window. Our room was next to the kitchen so all the smells came in the room too. Guests seem to be able to play games, cook ans party after 10.30pm so it was quite noisy being downstairs. Good Internet, nice receptionists and cleaners. Good location. Great patio upstairs bit there are plenty of better choices in the area for similar prices||

Definitely a great place. Clean, comfortable, with plenty of social space as well as breakfast in the morning. The staff is friendly and suffice to say the manager went go out of his way to ensure everyone is enjoying their stay and their time in Puebla. Choosing to stay there definitely enhanced my visit to Puebla and had a profound experience on my overall trip.

I was pretty much satisfied with my stay there. Staff was very nice, i was provided some useful information and map of a city. Beds are comfy and some of them pretty big. Breakfast was ok. There is equipped kitchen and free drinking water also. On the roof there is nice terrace to chill out. The WiFi was not really good in the room, but in common areas ok. In the room I missed some hangers or chair, just something where you can place some of your stuff. In general i can recommend it! :)

The place was OK and clean. The price list online doesn't tell you that the cheapest room will make you share with 4 other people. The lounge area is extra small and has a very annoying water dripping that I don't know if it was meant to be a fountain. The terrace on the roof is actually very nice.

It's a smell that will surround guests and seems to permeate from the building's ancient sewer system like noxious gas clouds rising from Mt. Etna. To make matters worse, most rooms have little or no ventilation (aka windows) which means bathroom business remains everyone's business in private rooms. Kitchen was also a war scene, good luck finding a clean cup in there. Not all bad though: good location, nice terrace and cheap.

Hostel is located very nice, just 3 blocks from the center. Personal is helpful. I stayed in one of the dorms which has enough space, a clean bathroom and even a little garden. Big lockers are provided for the travelers. Breakfast is not special (cereals, toast, fruit and coffee), but everything you need for a quick but nice breakfast. The price compared to quality is well. Excellent hostel for backpackers.

The hostel itself is really nice, its located in area about 10 minutes walk to the Zocalo. Its decorated really nicely, murals on the walls and there is a great terrace upstairs. Also the internet is really fast. Downside is, unfortunately, the rooms. We stayed in a private room and there was no windows in it what so ever. The bed was extremely damp to the point that it was uncomfortable to lie in it. Also there was a bad smell of sewage at night that would creep into the room, while during the day it smelled of toilet cleaner.
