We stayed for two nights and even though the receptionist during the night was super kind I have to give two stars as we have been robbed. We left our luggage in the storing room to find out later that I got my jewels robbed and my friend his perfume shoes and face creams. We will report it to the police and hopefully got some money back.

Cheap, easy to get there and close to beach. Mini refrigerator would be very nice to store food and drinks. Staff is nice and helpful. Recommend.

Very clean and calm. I repeat, it is VERY CLEAN. Unlike in other places. The room is cleaned daily except weekends. But the whole place is also clean and nice. The flowers around the building smell so nice at night! AC works perfectly. It would be the best place to stay if there was a fridge in the room))) It would be even more better if there were a cafeteria or something to have a breakfast.

Basic hotel, in a good, quiet position but, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and beach. Beds were uncomfortable and the shower curtain was horrible! 24hr staffed reception, helpful for booking taxis etc. Disappointed the hotel bar was permanently closed. Reasonable value, would probably use it again.

Stayed here for 2 nights to see my daughter who is working over in San Antonio for the summer. Perfect area to stay just 2 streets away from where she was staying. Check in an check out excellent an very helpful. Room ideal for our needs . Clean/ spacious an great air conditioning. And considering where it's situated it's very quiet. The bar at the front is great and do lovely coffees also. Very polite an helpful. Would Defo recommend here as a base to stay.

I usually stay in a hotel around the bay, and have done for the past 10 years of visiting the island, but this year that hotel got greedy and more than doubled their prices, so I went on a search for alternative hotels and found this gem. ||By looking online the rooms, look and feel of the place was very similar to the hotel I usually stay at, but was half the price.||Only difference is no fridge in the room, which I knew in advance so got a cool box and just topped it up with ice each day from the shop across the road for €1 (so all in my makeshift fridge for the week cost me €17) saving me more than €500 compared to what it woulda cost in the other hotel. ||The rooms are basic, but I don’t goto Ibiza for luxury hotels, I want somewhere clean to put my head down to get some rest, and a pool area to recover from the night before, and this place delivered. ||Only downside was the pool only got about 4 hours of sun during the day due to the shadows of the surrounding buildings, but that didn’t really bother me as after a few hours I’m usually looking for some shade and a dip in the pool to cool down. ||Pool was never really busy, was only one day I failed to get a sunbed. ||The location is ideal, about 10 minutes from the west end, the bus station and the sunset strip. There’s a huge supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. ||The neighbouring hotel is quite rowdy, but this one is fairly quiet (you can hear a lot that goes on out in the hall due to the marble floors echoing everything but that’s no big deal. I always take ear plugs with me to hotels anyway so I slept a quite well without any disturbance. ||The staff are very friendly and helpful, and my room was ready for me when I landed about 11am (check in time isn’t until 3, but its well worth contacting the hotel before hand to say what time you are arriving to see if they can accommodate you) even if they can’t, they will happily let you use the facilities until your room is ready. ||Would I stay here again? YES!

Considering the price & location, I was a bit concerned the hostel might be more of a rowdy backpacker kind of hostel, but was pleasantly surprised by just how lovely, clean & quiet the hostel is! ||The rooms are spacious & the cleaning of the rooms, as well as the change of towels are done regularly. ||Every single staff member we came across were friendly & accommodating, & they even let us store our luggage & use the shower after we checked-out, brilliant! ||I searched quite a lot before making a booking & I would definitely recommend staying here in terms of value for money, well-done Hostel Horizonte!
