Hostal La Balquina

We stayed two nights and it was pretty good just to sleep. We had a matrimonial room and a twin room. Nice welcome and both rooms were clean. Warning this is not calm as we hear people in the stairs or corridors.|

Cute and quaint hotel it the gorgeous town of Chinchon. The hostel is in a historic style building within walking distance of all of chinchon. Room was immaculate with newly remodeled bathroom. Milagros, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming, available and responsive to all of our needs and concerns. There is a patio with a pool, a dining room, and a view of the natural hills and beauty of Chinchon. Rooms are priced incredibly well considering the quality of accommodation. We would not hesitate to stay again. We absolutely recommend!

When we arrived the door was locked and no one came to let us in. We waited 45 minutes in the cold and the rain after a long journey from the south of Spain. We were worried about finding somewhere to spend the night and we did not want to continue driving in the dark so we left a message on the piece of paper that they had pinned to the door and had to drive on to find another place to stay. We found the situation most unacceptable and feel that an apology is in order.

Hola, hemos estado un fin de semana. El hostal está muy bien calidad precio,muy limpio y situado en un lugar tranquilo a unos 5 minutos de la plaza Aparcamos en la puerta, el desayuno está muy bien Milagros es encantadora Lo recomiendo

Estuvimos muy a gusto. El hostal es muy acogedor y te sientes como en casa. El servicio excelente, sobretodo por la amabilidad y y el trato cercano.

El hostal está muy limpio y la decoración aceptable, el baño mínimo y con cortinilla.La ubicacion horrible, desayuno básico.No vale lo que cuesta

Habitaciones acogedoras. Lo único las habitaciones con ducha, que la ducha es muy pequeña y no te puedes ni agachar. Para enjabonarse hay que abrir la mampara, porque sino imposible. La plaza queda en la parte baja del pueblo, con lo cual para mí, con un solo pulmón fue un castigo volver a subir por las cuestas que tiene el pueblo. AVISO A NAVEGANTES: No existe la zona azul desde hace años, lo que ocurre es que no han quitado la pintura y te piensas que no puedes aparcar, eso solo lo saben los del pueblo.

La recepcionista muy amable la habitacion estupenda muy rustica con mucho encanto y destacar la limpieza, todo impoluto , muy recomendable
