Absolutely beautiful hotel with an incredible view of Lake Titicaca, very friendly and helpful owner and great restaurant. We stayed here 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The design of the rooms were cozy and homey. The alpacas that were roaming around were fun to observe. They also had a few very cute kittens that roamed the grounds. The restaurant was so good that we had a hard time finding an excuse to walk down into town in the evenings as well. All in all a perfect spot to unwind and take in the impressive lake Titicaca.

We absolutely loved our stay at la cupula! Great service from the start at checking in and until checkout. Staff is incredibly helpful and service oriented. Very clean and substantial accommodations. Great location, easy walk to everywhere you’ll want to go, and quiet at night. Loved the hot water bottles to use in the cold night to keep feet warm. The hotel is very safe and secure, and very reasonable price. Plenty of hot water in shower and sink. Restaurant on site is exceptional. Great quality, quantity, and great sanitation. The meals here settled our stomachs. Love the two alpaca on ground keeping the grass mowed! Highly recommend!

One of the better hotels on Copacabana, Bolivia. The rooms are very bright and sunny as well as spacious. Our room had a small kitchenette that was handy for tea and coffee. The guys at reception are very helpful and spoke English really well so no problem with communication. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the main town but be ready to be out if breath because the town is quite hilly, aside from being on a high altitude. The hotel has its own garden with 2 friendly alpacas and hammocks and chairs dotted around.

Lovely accommodations and excellent restaurant. Rooms have wood stoves which is a plus as quite cold at night this time of year. Parking is available and a short walk to the pier for boat rides to Isla de Sol and Isla de Luna.||Staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel. I was tempted to give a lower score to keep it a secret. We came with a large and very crazy group and the manager was so kind helping us all get booked day of our arrival. The vibe and atmosphere of the hotel is what makes it truly special. It feels like you stumbled upon a secret hidden village with the best view of Lake Titicaca. It’s really the small charms that make it great. Like Trixie the 18 year old cat sunbathing and greeting guests, the stained glass windows, llamas, or the small kitchen to make morning tea. Would literally travel to Copacabana just to stay a week at this Hotel. Wifi, heating, kitchen, hot shower, clean, breakfast, good staff, beautiful rooms One complaint WiFi doesn’t seem to work well with newer iPhones. No idea why.

One of he best view of Copacabana bay. Up on the hill, below El Calvario mountain. Tricky to get in driving (super narrow alleyway). Cute Alpacas (no longer babies) to greet you and visit with you. My fourth visit. This time I saw couple of large, domestic pigs hiding behind some bushes. Future dinner? Rooms are small but very comfortable. plenty of blankets an central heating. Also on demand potable water and kettle to make great "mates" (teas, herbal infusions). The restaurant on the premises is superb. We ordered too much. Just get the cheese fondue with local bread (better than any other I had anywhere). Order for two will serve four people, even if hungry. Comes with vegetables. If you insist, they will accept credit card payment with a 2% fee. Good deal. Our top choice hotel in Copacabana.

This hotel is one of the best stays we had in Peru! The staff are incredible- they were welcoming, accommodating and extremely friendly. One example of this is that after we checked out we left our bags at the hotel and went to Isla del sol. We realised on way back we were very tight on time to get our bus to La Paz so called the hotel and the brought our bags down to the bus for us and asked the driver to wait. On top of that- they have really good food and a lovely grounds to sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning view

This place is so cool! All the rooms are different and most have awesome views of the lake or town. The staff was super nice. Only negative was that they didn't take credit cards.
