Hotel was a manageable walk from the bus station and super close to the train station. Room was comfortable and had what we needed. Due to an early train, did not have breakfast. Located well for the centre and sights.

😊: Very nice and clean room with comfy beds and a nice and fresh bathroom. Nice interior of the whole place. They had stamps for pilgrims doing the Camino..
😢: The woman working in the reception knew absolutely no English so it was a bit hard to communicate..

😊: Small sweet hotel just a short walk from the Teatro Romano and Museum and close to the Puente Romano too. The staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean and comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room. The Aircon was good and strong as the temperature got to 41 but the room stayed cool..

Yes, this charming Hostal is a Flower ! Lovely people, very professional, and a nice welcome. Very clean and comfortable, and although centrally located it was calm and peaceful. I highly recommend it !

La Flor is a good choice of accommodation whilst visiting this fascinating city.||||It's well located, close to everything of interest. Very close to the train station but a trek from the bus station.||||Staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. You can get breakfast which is basic but filling. I was leaving before breakfast hours after my second night so they packed me some cakes and pastries to take with me.||||I had a ground floor room. It was clean and pleasant. Nicely decorated. Whilst there wasn't a party going on in reception, it was a bit noisy being on this floor. I would recommend requesting a room upstairs. I later read this tip in the LP but by then it was too late.||||As mentioned, it's well located. Many of the main ruins are close by. As are restaurants and everything else you might need.

After a nasty experience in a 1 star Hostal in Seville, this was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with all modern facilities and extremely comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was enough. I couldn't fault this property if I tried. I cannot understand why it is also rated as 1 star. I would rate it as at least 3 star and maybe even 4. Stay here when in Merida. Very centrally located. We did all the historic sites walking in just one day. A wonderful courtyard with Andalucian appeal!

We only stayed one night on our way to the south. I loved the Moorish touches and the colors they used gave the place a funky hippie feeling.Sleep quality was good, with good functioning a.c. and wifi in the room. Breakfast very simple, but again: for that money good value. Staff was helpful and friendly. Paid parking just around the corner. You can walk to all the highlights, but wear sensible shoes! ||Recommended!||P.S. They DO have an elevator and no noise from the street in the front rooms.
