Exceptional!! Believe the hype and book it - my only regret was just booking one night!
Room - genuinely exceptional; every single little thing had been thought about. We had the tree house which had amazing views over the lake (the stairs were a killer but worth it). Central heating which was really effective, mini kitchen, boiling hot water, hot water bottles, blankets, teas/coffee/sugar, power sockets everywhere, super comfy bed, hammock outside... I could go on but its truly a 10/10 for unique and quirky accommodation.
Facilities - they have a common room with mini kitchen, books, games, shower and toilet. Reception has lots of information and will make you feel really welcome.
Staff - so welcoming and helpful. There's loads of them working and looking after the site - each one was lovely even if they spoke very basic English.
Check in - they have a very small check in window but just message them and they will accommodate.
Payment - cash only but they used the official government exchange rate so it was what I expected (unlike many other hotels in Bolivia!)
Animals - we were greeted at the gate by their free roaming Llamas and it has lots of cats that all have homes. None are allowed in the rooms (there's even funny notices in the rooms where certain ones seem to be regular offenders).
Location - super close to the beach front; just note the main entrance when you first arrive is off the back street ... the gate from the front is for guests once they have their key
