Nice hotel. The owner was very friendly. He tried very hard to make sure we enjoyed out stay to the fullest. The room had AC, it was an excellent location. The only complaints were that the housekeeping didnt like to replenish the towels. Quite often we'd have to call for towels, or realize she picked up our wet dirty ones from the floor and hung them up for us. They even had a tip envelope taped to the cabinet. The rooms are very noisy. You will hear everything. People walking, your neighbors snoring, babies crying. Overall I would highly recommend. Its a great location, free breakfast, and friendly owner. A few things to work on but it is a new owner and hes trying his best!

I only rate the restaurant, not the hostel. Beware of price on sticky note ! Food was OK but price is fluctuating with hour... When I ordered, the breakfast was at 6$. Then the lady updated the board and it was at 5$. And when I paid, they charged 7$ ! Capitalism mindset 🤮

The staff at this hotel were extremely kind and helpful. I have nothing but kind things to say about their treatment. That being said, this was a very basic hotel. My private room was nice, and they provided towels and hand soap. Everything was clean and cared for and I had control over my own air conditioning unit. It was also extremely centrally located which was a huge plus. I walked there from the airport and was never more than 5 minutes from where I wanted to go.||Cons- the wifi almost never worked in the lobby and could not be reached from the room. There was no breakfast included. The drinking water provided was for "in hotel" use only and I was fused at for filling up my water bottle.||Overall, I got what I wanted from the experience, since the hostel was just a place to sleep for me. If you are looking for budget, this is a good place to be.

Location is great but really any location is within walking distance to everything. My room was basic yet comfortable. The wifi didnt work in my room but it works well enough in the common area. There was no included breakfast so factor that cost into the price and the front desk is not 24 hrs but i didnt have any issues during my 3 days.

Decent place to stay for few nights. The personal are really nice people and you are close to everything. Not noisy, súper quiet place. We had a lovely night and we had a terrific breakfast in the nearby restaurant. |Crepes close also, ice creams, souvenirs. It's a very good choice if you want to be in the center of cristobal. ||Good gooood.

People are not friendly here, it feels like you are a burden to them. Beds full of ants and the TV was not working and did not get fixed. Also the office is mostly closed and there is no way of getting drinkable water.

The location of the hostel is situated strategically in front of the pier. The owners are friendly and helpful as when we arrived the agency who made the booking for us screwed up our booking and we were told we did not have any reservation and the price the agency told us was not the actual price. Luckily, there is still rooms available and the owners gave us the price we were promised for the room.||||Since it was still early, the rooms at the main hostel were still occupied and we were given a room at the secondary hostel two blocks away. The room comes with a balcony and the bathroom is clean with toiletries and towels but there is no hot shower. There is also no wifi in the secondary hostel, so it is a little inconvenient for us to contact the agency to resolve the issue. But we can use the Wi-Fi at the main hostel. Kitchen is small and kind of messy and a little dirty. Other than no hot shower and wifi, the rest are okay.
