We came here for lunch as it was the only place in the town that was open. Food was decent, and they have reasonable sets. Portions are big. sharable. Comes with free flow of house wine, starter, main and dessert. All for 16.50 euros. The people who run the place are so friendly.

This hotel would be fine (the location is very convenient), BUT there is a leak in an upstairs toilet that is causing a sewage smell in room 4. You can see the damage from the water and effluent in the ceiling of the bathroom in room 4. We brought the issue to the attention of the staff and the person we talked to was aware of the issue. We were shocked and appalled that the hotel is renting a room that smells like sewage, not warning people before they rent the room, and not offering a discount. Really, no one should sleep in that room until the leak and damage is repaired, and the smell is gone. At some point soon the ceiling will collapse into the bathroom of room 4. The hotel and room would have otherwise been nice. We really liked the area and the balcony.

The food was very good except the lemon pastry which was a bit too sweet. Also there was some confusion about the bill and we ended up paying 38 euros instead of 22 euros so its recommended to clarify what is included in the menu of the day beforehand with the staff. We were a bit surprised when we received the bill 😅

Decent food, but overpriced. Very poor service. Coke is not included in the menú del día (which you are required to order) :))) Quite a frustrating experience to say the least.

Well located, short walk to the rack railway station or the main street. Our room was spacious and clean, but was really just beds and a bathroom. Small sunny balcony with nice view. The room had no air-con or fridge, so wasn’t the most comfortable place to be in the middle of a heatwave. We also had dinner here, I’d describe it as good honest food with good honest portions. Menu only in Catalan but staff were helpful with English translations.

A good pleasant stay in a clean room although very hot at night in August. Should leave the window open. Not A/C or fan. Beautiful view and location. Has not got a 24 hours reception. Allowed to smoke in room terraces. Not great for non smokers as the smoke may enter the room. Restaurant and bar on site. Daily menu for 21€. Good for couples. Might be back.

We stopped for a quick eat/drink. It is not bad but honestly, 2€ for 12 olives and 6,50€ for 7 fried squid slices (yes, so little we count), too much.

Stayed here because of its proximity to the station for the rack railway up to the Valley deNuria. Given the very modest price paid, I was absolute delighted with my simple but comfortable room, which had a big balcony with views of the hills, a comfortable bed and a large and very modern bathroom with good shower, and my wi-fi worked very well. On arrival I had a lunchtime bocadillo, and it was absolutely huge. Very happy with my evening plate of stew, suitably hearty for folk just off the hills, and the wine and pudding that came with it on the menu. Had a long drive next day after visiting the Valley de Nuria, and called back in and had the very friendly owners fix me a salad before I left. Hope to return.
