I am appalled at how we have been treated during our stay at this hotel. From our first night we have been repeatedly accused of sneaking people into the hotel. We have been treated with zero respect and have been questioned and queried every day of our stay. Staff are incredibly rude and have not made us feel welcome at all. Male receptionist speaks no word of English and has been shouting at us in Spanish on multiple occasions - for what is beyond us. All reception staff refused to book a taxi for us - again on multiple occasions - and told us to walk to the main taxi rank, despite booking taxis on behalf of other guests. We felt as though we were treated differently to other guests from the first night of our stay due to us being younger in age, but we have been nothing but polite and respectful. Upon checkout, we were made to wait in reception until one of the cleaners inspected our room. This was highly embarrassing as other guests that were checking out were able to leave freely. Obviously as we had not made a mess, the cleaners said we were okay to leave. As for the room itself, it was very adequate however the bathroom was not pleasant. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom, the sink and tap stunk of drains, and the outdated decor was a sight for sore eyes. I would advise any young couples to NOT stay at this hotel as you will be treated with no respect and made to feel as though you cannot enjoy your holiday. We will definitely not be staying here again on our next trip to Ibiza.

I am absolutely appalled following my stay at hostel Manolita. Firstly, the service was disgusting me and my partner had booked on for 4 nights as a fun summer getaway and all we received was rude & racist comments. We were told the night before checkout that we had to take out our own rubbish and take it across the street to the public bins and could not use the bin in our room or the bin in reception. We were also told our room would not be cleaned due to towels being left on the bathroom floor (where we were supposed to leave them in order to get fresh towels) To add to this disappointment myself and my partner were getting ready to go out at 6pm (a moderate time) on the evening and had music playing whilst getting ready at a medium volume but were interrupted by a knock on the door from a staff member who greeted us with “it’s not a disco mate, turn it off” compared to what would’ve been a reasonable “hi, please may you turn your music down” etc Secondly the evening staff member a man who refuses to help English people in an English dominated tourist country - Every time I tried to ask for assistance wether it was booking a taxi, asking for directions or any other need I was replied to in an aggressive, intimidating tone that dismissed anything to do with me and told to move on! Finally the American lady who sits qt reception, what an abomination of customer service - I was spoken to like a piece of dirt every time I entered the hotel and when in need of assistance. One time I asked for some fresh towels as our room had do not disturb on the door when the cleaner was coming around, I was then replied to with well no you can’t as it was obvious the cleaner has to give them you. After a heated debate all caused over me getting 2 fresh towels she proceeded to take me to the towel cupboard where she handed me 2 tiny hand towels which were next to the body towels. Did she think that was funny or something? Honestly the £640 I payed for this room was a waste of money and I would never recommend anyone to stay here…

I had a lovely stay with my husband and child at the hotel, and the whole staff, especially Manola, was very kind and helpful. We arrived really early, around 8 am or earlier, and they allowed us to check in and rest. They also provided us with a parasol, cooler, and toys for our child, and on the last day, we were able to take a shower to enjoy the day after checkout. The staff was very attentive to detail and had all the information needed to visit the best places and rent a car. The garage and breakfast are optional, but I recommend the breakfast because it was very complete and tasty. We spent 7 days in a comfortable and clean room with a terrace and a great view. The hotel is also really close to many good spots like the bus station, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and the port, all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet area and a key spot in San Antonio, and above all, a warm and welcoming stay.

😊 The location of the accommodation is perfect if you want to get to know San Antoni. The owner family goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Most guests stay one/two nights, which is OK. We stayed eleven nights and therefore discovered some discrepancies.||😞 Some of the guests do not respect the night's rest. The house is very noisy, you can also hear the snoring from the upper/lower floor or in the next but one room. Our bed linen was never changed in all the nights, the room was otherwise tidy. Little things like refilling toilet paper or so were not done. You could tell the difference in friendliness between the owners and the staff.

Amazing and very kind staff. Rooms are clean although a bit old. The only red flag is they don't change the towels. I would suggest the hotel to do so :). Hotel is close to bars and restaurant and there is no partying noise or street noise. Indeed a value for money hotel! Otherwise an amazing experience.

One of the worst experiences we had in a hotel. First, the room’s door was opened from the outside while we were sleeping (it was closed with keys from the inside). The reception kept saying it’s impossible and the housekeepers clearly stated later that this happened. money (1600 euros) and a phone were stolen from the room the very same day. Not only the hotel does not have a camera, but also we were almost accused of lying. our only request was talking to housekeepers and ask some few questions. The answer was «go see the police». The way they talked to us was highly disrespectful and lacks empathy towards guests. We do not recommend this hotel.

I am staying and working (remotely) from Hostal Manolita for a couple of days! The value for money is excellent! What is outstanding though is, how friendly, helpfull and kind all of the staff is! Thank you for your hospitality!

Staff is excellent, very accomodating and friendly, lovely family. Breakfast is very good. Room 301 was quiet, clean, good size, towels were good. They let us borrow beach towels and, after check-out, we were able to use the shower. Hostal is in an excellent location, close to the beach and the promenade/city center. There are some markets and cafes in the vicinity as well. They had a safe in the room, but we were not charged for the key. There is a pool in a building nearby that guests can use but we spent our days on the beach and/or promenade. Would definitely go back and strongly recommend it.
