I arrived at night with a transfer arranged through the hotel. The door wasn't opened, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Fortunately, the taxi driver didn’t leave.
The hotel is cozy, with charming old creaky floorboards, lovely plants, and atmospheric lighting. The room is spacious, and there's hot water in the shower. It’s also warm enough in the room.
Breakfast includes juice, coffee, eggs, warm croissants, jams, butter, cheese, and fruit. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in South America. The staff is friendly. The location is also good, with many bus stops nearby. Great value for money.
The Wi-Fi upstairs is sometimes quite slow, and the walls are very thin — you can clearly hear people talking through them.
