Fabulous place to stay in Centro Histórico! Situated in a good spot to take public transportation, near Marine Central bus stop, and Trolley Plaza Chica. Close to Plaza de La Independencia, and several museums. The staff was excellent - kind, helpful, and willing to practice Spanish with me 🤗. Rooms are spacious, spotless, with towel and soap provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Booked a Single room. I had a nice view of the city/corner of the main street. Staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Staff was also very helpful in assisting me to book and flag down the Uber vehicle after check-out. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no heat, however it was warm enough during my stay as there were extra blankets available in my room. Breakfast was included and was made fresh every morning. However, rooms are not soundproof! I could hear the loud kids next door and outside my room running around and screaming for most of the time I was there.

Charming hotel in a great location for proximity to Old Town. The place feels like a living museum. Excellent paintings, cool antiques scattered throughout, and a beautiful interior brought to life with tons of plants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially considering my terrible Spanish. I recommend reaching out directly through Whatsapp to book.

All the staff we met were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and treats were served throughout the day such as banana bread, brownies, coffee, tea (even coca tea!), water. There's also a bar where guests can help themselves to a beer, soft drink or wine on an honor system and pay the tab at the end of the trip. Accommodation was lovely and rooms nicely decorated and back rooms are quiet.. Beds were very comfortable. Price was very affordable. Location is good, as it's near many amenities in historic part of Quito, however, the intersection where the hotel is located is very busy and hard to get an Uber or Taxi since there's lots of traffic during peak hours. We noticed many people loitering around in the evening since it's next to public transportation and a fountain, so keep your belongings safe and ask one of the staff members to call a cab or search for your Uber with you. They helped my friend and I out when needed. Enjoy your stay!

We were greeted and assisted when we arrived by Lucas who helped us with parking and even ordering pizza to the hostal! The rooms are large and comfortable and very typical of the old city in Quito. The building has a lot of character and we loved the courtyard (closed in at the roof), where breakfast was served. In the morning Mirluz was so helpful and sweet. We had a great breakfast that was included in the room and loved the touches such as tea, banana bread and brownies available 24 hours/day. We have stayed in the sister property in Chugchilan, The Black Sheep Inn, several times and were happy to learn about their new management of Mia Leticia. The whole staff was great and they were extremely helpful allowing us to leave our bags there after we checked out, calling a taxi and helping us with logistics. The location - easy walking distance to everything, smiles and honest caring of Lucas and Mirluz made our stay excellent.

I been in hostal to 4star,and it's by far the best for your money. In the Centro historico, walkable of all the attraction.staff is helpful. The breakfast really good.its my second stay there and in 6 morning the breakfasts was never exactly the same.Coffee-tea, fresh juice ,fresh fruit, egg and bread.Juice ,egg( scrambled, with ham, pancake, turnover)and bread( plain, with cheese, in sandwich, etc) were mostly different each morning( I was offer to have more too,but I was the only one to breakfast). They can do laundry and they are quick on it. Room are spacious

Good value for money hotel. Nicely decorated. Central 10 seats "suite" which would have been nice to meet fellow tavellers, but since there is no sale of drinks (just free coffee) was not used during my stay. Location is great near La Marin. The directions to get there were possibly accurate, but don't try to find the oficial address. Take a trolley in northern direction and get of the bus at station Marin. From there it's a 20 meters walk.
