Hostal Nancy

We had a one night stay at Hostal Nancy with quite a late check-in (which we confirmed beforehand), we still received a very warm welcome. Our room was quite big with a very comfortable bed, plenty of cabinet space, a nice bathroom with a big shower and a small side room with a desk and couch. The breakfast in the morning was very nice with toast, egg, cheese, ham, granola, yoghurt, muffins, fruit and every topping we wanted. The staff we met were very friendly. We definitely recommend this Hostal, the location is central so you can walk to the bus station and the shopping area easily.

The location was perfect not too far from the busy street- rooms were clean quiet atmosphere.Andrea was very accommodating and very helpful.her brownies were to die for. She does pack it for hikers .

We came to Puerto Natales twice to transit over to Puerto Natales. As we walked in upon our first arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner and her daughter who helped us get a room and then gave superb advice on the otherwise confusing situation in Torres del Paine. Ae ended up doing the exact 4 days she had recommended and stayed at the camp she pointed out. It was superb. The breakfast was a surprise as we didn't expect one for that price but it was very pleasant. Upon our return she welcomed us back warmly and we had another great night sleep. An absolutely gem for a super price!

Great location. Pretty close to downtown. Service was very good in accommodating parking requests. Decent rooms for price.

Walk-in rate for a single room with private bathroom. Glad I found this place. Hot showers with good pressure were welcoming after my 'W' trek. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and big. There's heating and clean towels. More like a hotel actually. Host was nice and though there's no cooking in the kitchen, you can still use the stuff if you pack meals or want to make tea/ coffee.

A large number of rooms on the second floor of three ABC buildings on about 5,000 m2 of land at the entrance to downtown Pueruto Natales. A variety of rooms including three single-bed triple rooms, one single bad + three twin-bed triple rooms. Eco-friendly buildings such as cypress walls, wooden floors/stories. Easy to transfer to bus terminals and 500n streets.

We stayed here before and after our W trek. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we in particular enjoyed the nice hot showers with good pressure after 4 days of trekking. The breakfast is simple but tasty, definitely try the delicious rhubarb cake. The host was very helpful: we came back one day earlier than planned from Torres del Paine national park and she was very flexible in changing our booking to a day earlier.

Definitely I would like to recommend it! I went to one of the well-know hostels for my first night but Nancy was BETTER than that. Nancy was easy going and another staff who I talked for a long time was friendly!
