I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The location is perfect, close to the metro and the main attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The bathrooms were impeccably clean, and I loved the coffee machine with a great selection to start my day. A special thanks to Angelo for his kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with everything. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

The hostel is exactly in the down town! Two minutes walk to Puerta del sol! Everything was clean and the staff were very nice

We know Madrid very well. This is the first time we have stayed here and the truth is that it is very good. |I was delighted with the treatment of the staff. The cleanliness is renovated, it has a good coffee machine and a good cleaning service.| And above all, it feels safe everywhere. The ladies who work here are wonderful. So we recommend it.

Very safe for familias with nice views of Puerta del Sol square. Very Well air conditioned.Very good bedding. All the most important things in the cita close by to see.Royal palace and cathedral a few meters away. The re are many bars nearbly.

I a wheelchair and prosthetic user, the hotel is not for us and at the moment they understand it they call me to finds some other place And for this caring I get there with a smile and a little help from others The service is so good see you again in my next trip to Spain!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
