We stayed here five nights. The owner, Jose Miguel, is very nice and helpful and speaks good English. The hotel is rather basic but you don’t get luxury in SPdA unless you pay big bucks. Most of the property is actually a garden/orchard that was planted by Jose’s grandmother. You can walk through it or hang out in one of the hammocks. Our room was comfortable but hot when we were there in the afternoon. An overhead fan would have been nice to make up for the lack of air conditioning. Downtown is a quick 5 minute walk. Note, most of the roads downtown are pedestrian only so your GPS may not get you to Quinta Adela. We ended up walking and going back for our rental car later. Breakfast was pretty good...yogurt, eggs, ham, cheese, and bread. Great shower with plenty of hot water but the wife tells me you must bring your own shampoo and blow drier.
