Hostal Real Aranjuez

Do not recommend if you want to sleep. See photo attached, the air con unit light was so bright, added to the emergency exit light, so room was lit up. After not sleeping and wanting a shower again a negative experience as the holder was broken and had been for a long time, again see photo. When I politely raised this at reception and asked for compensation due to not sleeping well and problem with shower, was bluntly and rudely told no. Over priced, good location but never again for us.

Great location and easy to find and we also managed to park outside the hostel but street parking close by easily available. Easy check in and very helpful, room was basic but clean so we were happy with that. We had an offer where breakfast was included and that was more than sufficient. The bar/ restaurant area always looked lively although we only had a drink there and again had good service. We booked it because it was pet friendly. Would recommend.

Great value. Amazing location, no elevator, as expected in many hotels in Europe. If you have back issues or problems carrying weight I don't recommend. Great restaurant and service.

We stayed with the family of 4 persons one night in the family room with 2 bedrooms conected.In the room there was only 2 blankets for 3 beds.On of us should sleep just with the bed sheet.Only 3 electric outlet in 2 rooms and one of thems was out of service.From two entrence doors, only one we could close with the key.We didn't feel in security for our personal bags and things when we live the room.The baddest experience in our life in hotels for breakfast!!!! Just nothing to eat,only coffee was served!!!!! We waited 30 minutes!!!! The staff of bar is unfriendly and You feel You disturbing thems.So we left the hotel hungry.Only good point was the receptionist men who was helpful.||

A 15-20 minute walk from the train station, but near lots of bars / restaurants and the "main sights". My room(s) where clean and I had two good stays. I had two separate reservations and I had to check-out and then immediately check-in agan. -I again needed my passport and my second check-in tock 10ish minutes... Breakfast was nice, churros / porras coffee and a glas of juice.

Lovely little hostal right in the centre. Rooms are compact but ideal as we were only there for one night. Staff were friendly and the WiFi connection was great.|Bar next door gets really busy at lunchtimes and they weren't over keen to give us our tapa with our drinks but don't let that put you off. Lovely town!

Perfect rooms, comfy beds, clean and nice reception staff. The restaurant offers a good menu and the bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a light lunch/dinner. Only a downside: the man at the bar who served us in the morning should be less rude when interacting with customers, he seemed annoyed by our presence when we just asked what we could get. It was not a continental breakfast but customers can take one item for each group (drinks, desserts). Overall it was a good experience, since there's a taxi lane right out front we were able to go to work in no time.

Quite basic accommodation . Bed hard and noisy ( due to the waterproof mattress protector). Room very small. Restaurant and bar downstairs v good. Location v good.
