Residencial Santa María - Paracas

The room was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Had 3 friends sharing a room and we did run out of hot water pretty fast. The free breakfast was just a cup of juice, instant coffee....and a basket of buns so would have been nice of there was a bit more. That being said they were pretty good buns!

The hotel was clean, spacious and in a good location. The towels were new and clean. There was no hairdryer and the complimentary breakfast was light but for the price, it was very good value. They also offered complimentary tour to the Ballestas islands. The reception also helped arrange for other tours.

... and it's too bad, because in all other respects I enjoyed the hotel. It is clean and well kept, the rooms are quite narrow but nicely decorated, the staff is very friendly. Also the place where the property is located is pleasant: the central square of the tiny town of Paracas, from where it is easy to walk to the nearby waterfront.||We stayed here only one night, during our semi-organized tour, coming from Lima and continuing towards Nazca. ||Hot water was present, except when I needed it more, that is when I was in the shower. ||I hope it was just a problem in my room

Stayed at this hostel with my large family for one night, we were accommodated nicely and the staff was friendly. Good parts: clean for the most part, simple and pretty rooms with views and great location. The bad parts: noise level is VERY LOUD all night, not just traffic but from the bar downstairs and the reception area, the hallway, the doors, etc and the beds are not the most comfortable.

We spent two night here when we were in Paracas. The rooms are basic and clean. Does have a TV which was a huge bonus for our kids. Rate includes a light breakfast (bread, juice, coffee). The location is great and the staff was friendly.

After checking out every hostal and boutique hotel in Paracas, I can confidently say that Hostel Santa Maria is the place to stay! We had a lovely ocean view room with french doors and a balcony and private bathroom. While the continental breakfast was a little on the light side, it was fine. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and personable. It is located right in the center of Paracas. In Paracas there is a lot of overpriced and dodgy accommodations, but Santa Maria was wonderful!

This is a perfect place for your stay in Paracas. It is located on the main square of the small town. The rooms are clean and simple. They are equiped with a fan and have free wifi. The owner speaks english and french.|Breakfast is not the best we had in Peru.

This hostal is simply lovely. All white and comforting, is divided in two buildings (the main one and a secondary one just a few meters from the former), both very nice, clean and looking like a house.||It is just 5 minutes by walk from the imbarcadero for the Ballestas Islands.
