It is surprising that in 2025 a hotel still cannot accommodate a calm, trained, medically prescribed support dog, even with full documentation. I had expected more awareness and empathy from a hospitality business. Unfortunately, my request was refused and I was informed they only accept guide dogs for blind guests. This is a missed opportunity to be more inclusive and adapt to the real needs of modern travellers. Other hotels in the area have no issue welcoming assistance animals, which makes this policy feel especially outdated.

The hotel is well located, clean, and has an underground car park, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a good stay and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the breakfast staff was disappointing. Although we hadn’t booked breakfast in advance, we wanted to have it on one morning and were, of course, willing to pay for it. However, the staff member in charge was noticeably unfriendly and made us feel very unwelcome. She seemed annoyed, rushed us unnecessarily while ordering, and treated us quite disrespectfully—as if we were a nuisance. It’s a real shame, as everything else about the hotel was great!

A comfortable modern and clean hotel - usually at very good value (though non-refundable) rates for the night. We didn’t try the breakfast - although there was a pleasant seating area at the back where we enjoyed coffee. The soundproofing could be better - but this is Tarifa. The big bonus is the parking below - and we found a rate that included it and so reserved in advance. Expensive - but nearby parking is not easy. The central boutique hotels have more charm - but we wouldn’t rule out staying here again during very busy times of the year.

Stayed because of parking (electric vehicle parking available too). The hotel was extremely loud at night, could hear everyone talking and … doing other things. Not sure if it was actually clean (found hair in bed, ants in room). It’s very basic. Glad it was only for 1 night.

Yelp
The best thing about this place is that its clean. Now that i got the pros out of the way let me begin the real review. The beds are uncomfortable. Sleeping on these beds is like sleeping in a hole on a rock that swallows you as you sleep. The wifi is slow and unsecured. Uses one of those portals so its probably stealing your information as you use it. The best part of the bathroom is the see thru door that you can use to watch your significant other poop. Thats how i like my bathrooms; without privacy. Staff is rude. Asked for some towels and was told no. Straight up no. The front desk lady told me "if you missed the morning cleaning then i wont give you any". First hotel i ever stayed out where towels are rationed like drugs in prison. Lastly this place is expensive, but not expensive because its near the beach because you can find cheaper places closer to the beach. I would avoid this place. Edit: forgot to mention that the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything; the people walking by, my neighbor having sex, and the cars honking outside.
