Great location, nice and polite staff. The room size was ok. Shower had no water pressure 😩 , no hot water. No wash clothes, and the bed swallowed you the middle not good for a couple to sleep in. We stay 1 night out of 4. ALERT ⚠️ 📢 🚨 they don't refund your credit card. What they have is a form for you to filled out that includes you giving them your SOCIAL security number. Wtf is right. Identity theft ⚠️ 📢 🚨. Disputing the charges with my CC company. Make sure you are happy with the room before you paid.

This place is amazing, service are more than 5 stars, staff so professional and friendly, laundry was clean and you can used for do your own laundry just you have to pay as a regular laundromat. The address is a bit confusing to get there, but when you get there, the atmosphere is amazing, and it is so quiet. Is nothing negative to say. Next time we are back to the island, we are planning to rent again there.

Room was cozy for two people. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was great. The fact that there is security before you go in and someone always in the office, made us feel secure. It's the first time we stood in a hotel and not with family. It would've been nice if we had access to the internet. Access to the laundry room was great. It would be nice to have a vending machine with detergent. We would stay again.

Excellent customer service and comfortable -just-what-you-need a little bit more amenities. Great for job travels, temporary location and or vacations. With two twin beds, (with options until full/queen) microwave, TV with cable and a mini-living room, coffee maker, spacious closet, laundry and more. Its just what you need. Don't expect a hotel room as it is not, but between what it is, it's great.

It's a great place to stay. The rooms are big, and comfortable. They provided coffee maker and coffee, microwave, fridge, TV with cable, air conditioner, WiFi and toiletries. I will stay there again I'm in PR. Excellent service. Parking available.

Nice, spacious rooms on the University campus. Very comfortable, AC, TV, fridge & microwave. Good price BUT a few more amenities would have been nice - coffee shop? No. Pool? No. We didn't check prices around the area, but were happy with this place. We are moving to PR for half the year & will recommend this place to visitors.

For the price, nothing better. Very safe place. Big closet, microwave, mini refrigerator, ironing board, sofa, very clean and organized. I don't know why, but there was no a paper dispenser in the bathroom. There was the paper but not the dispenser.

This is a great place (for the price) to stay for one or two nights if you're visiting family in the area. We were not sure what to expect when we booked, but were pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and very clean. It was a little difficult to find using Google maps, because it's located inside the university campus and the main avenue gates are closed at night and during the weekend. You have yo use the "main" entrance, which is not as easy to find if you're not familiar with the area. However, we will definitely stay again during future visits to our family in the western part of Puerto Rico.
