Amazing hostel quiet area in north West of san Antonio, amazing staff and facilities, hoping to come next month

Usually stay at large 4 star hotel in the bay, but decided it was time for a change this year. After reading the good reviews for this family run hotel decided to risk it, and so glad we did. From the start we were really impressed. Although the room was basic it was really clean and stayed that way for the whole 8 day holiday thanks to the lovely cleaning lady. Shower pressure was brilliant and no issues with cold or Luke warm water as we have had in past at other hotels. You can have breakfast and lunch there if required, food freshly prepared, ample and good price, also packed lunch if wanted for days out. Fernando, Andrea and all the staff were lovely, very helpful with advice about eating out, giving directions and calling taxies at any time for you if needed, Andrea speaks very good English. The walk down to the port and Bay Area probably takes 15 to 20 mins depending on how fast you walk, but there are so many bars and restaurants on the way that walking wasn’t an issue, we didn’t really take notice of how far or time taken. Cafe Mambo etc are even closer. Pool and outside space was peaceful and clean. Free WiFi air conditioning and safe all a big bonus. Unfortunately my Husband has to work whilst we are away so WiFi important, no issues with that at all. One small downside was lack of drawer space for underwear and small items, and I agree that a kettle in the room would have been nice. This hotel is definitely the one we will go to if we stay in San Antonio in future. Thank you to all at Hostal Valencia for wonderful holiday

Great value for money! Lovely family owned hotel we stayed in during our week long stay in Ibiza. We enjoyed perfect service, great snacks and food at bar. Pro tip: Order Gin&Tonic and you'll get generous and strong portions! :D The pool was great after a day at the beach, always some free sunbeds available. Would definitely recommend and would come back again for sure.

Stayed here for 3 nights in August with my partner and found the place to be excellent! Swift check in, amazing staff. The room was brilliant, overlooking the pool, free safe, air con, nice bathroom with hairdryer. Fridge and TV, nice comfortable beds, maid service daily. The food and drink was cheap and good quality, pool area really good and very quiet. Great location.

This family run hostel has around 20 rooms. The whole place is immaculate and very clean with a daily maid service. The service is friendly and fantastic and the food is fresh and tasty. My only gripe is that the food stops at 3.30pm (although I don't know if this is a requirement of being a hostel? - BTW it is a hotel, don't be put off by the fact it is categorised as a hostel!) Although it's in San An it is soooooo quiet, even at night. Every taxi knows its location and reception are happy to call for you. The taxi always arrives within 5 mins. You can walk to the sunset strip within 5 minutes and there is a small supermarket just around the corner.

Wow, what a great experience! Andrea and the team at Hostal Valencia made our trip to Ibiza this past weekend. We have been 10+ times, but this accommodation's location, amazing (really!) staff, and amenities really made our trip. Just far enough from SA that you will sleep, and with a great pool, but a short walk from all that the town has to offer. Highly recommend

Staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. The pool area is very peaceful, eating (very reasonably priced) breakfast outside in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. The location is spot on if you want to be out of the way of the riff raff but still walking distance to the bars, beaches and bus station. Good value for money, would definitely recommend!

Yes I was a little sceptical booking a 2 star hotel but why would you want to be in your room whilst on Ibiza? The rooms are very clean, good shower and have a good working aircon.||||Staff is super friendly and very helpful.||||There is a peaceful swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun beds. You wouldn’t know you are on a buzzing island yet you are 7 mins away from the beach and lively clubs if that’s of your interest. ||||The hotel does a breakfast and lunch menu and all was of a very decent standard. There is a supermarket 3 mins away as well.||||All in all I would stay here again.
