Venecia Plaza Centro

Great service from friendly staff, and you can’t get a more central location. Rooms were very small, but ours had a nice view from the small balcony (photo attached). Was surprisingly quiet, and the AC did a great job of keeping the room cool with temps outside in the mid 40s

Nice hotel with a great central location—perfect for exploring Valencia on foot. The rooms are quite small but generally okay for a short stay. Bathroom doors are a bit awkward in design, and noise cancellation isn’t great, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Breakfast is acceptable, with enough variety to start the day. Overall, a decent stay if you prioritize location.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Valencia. With no hesitation we’d stay in this gem of a hotel in a heartbeat. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well equipped. We had a small balcony and double doors which opened out to a glorious view of the fountain. Location wise it’s perfect, so central and close to bus stops for exploring further. Reception staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. There is nothing negative at all I can say about this hotel, in fact, it’s one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed!

This hotel has a great location, and I appreciated its design — but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. I was disappointed with the attitude of the reception staff, and the hotel room was both very small and had a noticeable mold smell.I would be happy to write a positive review if my real experience were reflected in the hotel’s willingness to address and resolve guests’ concerns. However, in my case, it was not.

We highly recommend Hotel Venecia. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped whenever we had questions. The staff helped us by speaking English very well. The location is absolutely perfect to see all of the sights. We walked to all of the local attractions and caught a taxi to and from the beach. We had a few drinks at the bar area of the hotel and again the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and also hot food. The entire hotel and our room were extremely clean, and we had a nice view of the Plaza from our room. We would definitely stay at this hotel when we come back to Valencia.

Paid for an upgrade to room 208, being a superior double to enjoy all to myself. Based on the view and cleanliness alone I would recommend this hotel. The room overlooked the pedestrian area of the delightful square which is also in a good position for other opportunities such as the train and tram stations and market. |Each day the room was spotless and offered all you could wish for in a hotel room plus complementary items in the fridge, albeit only from the first day of my trip. |Wherever you stay in Valencia try a bike ride through the river bed to the sea front, you won’t be disappointed. |Can’t commit on the breakfast as ate out each morning at nearby local coffee and pastry cafes. |Only interacted with the reception staff on arrival and departure and on both occasions the were all very pleasant. Someone had a breakfast on my room number which I disputed and this was immediately dismissed without and form of controversy. |Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

Amazing location, you are right in the heart of the city. The hotel offers a good breakfast for around €12, you have a selection of cooked meats, bread, bacon and sausages, a selection of fruit, cereal and a range of pastries. ||The room we had, had a small balcony facing towards Plaza Del Ayuntamiento. The room was really clean and had a safe, wardrobe, small fridge with tea/coffee making facilities. ||We found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful, I would recommend anyone to stay here and I was visiting I would look for availability.

It’s a wonderful hotel, great location and great staff. It’s located on the Plaza de la l’ Ajuntament with most of the sights in the Old Town within easy walking distance. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. We booked a room with a plaza view balcony and it did not disappoint. The room was small but all the amenities were cleverly arranged to fit in. Plenty of storage, great illumination and it also had a coffee pod machine, plus tea bags with a kettle. The bathroom was spotless, with storage shelves and fluffy white towels. The toiletries were of excellent standard.|The staff at the reception were very friendly, helpful and even added complimentary breakfast to our stay. They also have a lively little bar and cafe tucked in their lobby.

We were very happy with our stay at Hostal Venecia. The rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable. The location is right in center of Valencia and within easy walking distance to all the major sites. The staff was friendly and helpful.
