Hostal Villa Toscana

I just stayed here for three nights as a solo woman traveling. Don't think, book it! It is super clean, nice and close to the airport and very safe. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful and so is the breakfast. Make sure to enjoy your breakfast in their lovely yard. The eggs and pancakes especially.

Hostal Villa Toscana is a nice boutique hotel located close to the airport in a gated neighborhood with strong security. We were amazed at how quiet and peaceful our stay was, despite being so close to the airport. The room was spotless and the customer service was excellent. The hotel has gated parking, a comfortable lobby, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a patio where breakfast is served. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. Its location, close to the airport in Guatemala City, is very convenient. We appreciated the option to store our luggage here for just $3 per piece per night while we visited Flores. Before our flight, we also received some takeaway food from the reception—biscuits, orange juice, and yogurt. It was a nice touch.

I had a difficult time emailing a clear reply to our arrival and the transportation. Once I persisted, the driver was there and it cost 100Q, yikes! To go just a few blocks. However, the "house" is behind a gate and I felt safe. Our room was dilapidated but clean. The shower head was literally taped on and the amoire doors were hanging broken. Early check out and the shuttle back was included (no, we paid for it yesterday as part of that ridiculous price). To go breakfast was a yogurt, juice and a pack of cookies...better than nothing. Overall, we should have stayed at the Hilton. Cannot recommend this for adults.

We can only recommend! The service and personnel ist very kind and forthcoming! The rooms are clean und smell good. You can chose between four or five different breakfast menus which are included in the room price. The food and coffee was delicious. The garden was absolutely beautiful and our favourite part of this hostel. The hostel is in a gated area which makes it really safe.

Good location, close to the airport. So convenient if you have another flight the next day. It's basic, but clean. Receptionists were very friendly

Everything was perfect. From pickup from the airport to drop off the next day and everything in between. The room is slightly small for 3 people but for 1 night it works. The shower has plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good. The garden setting for breakfast was beautiful and peaceful. WiFi worked fine

Stayed here overnight on a layover. Arrived late so we did have to pay for shuttle service to Toscana, but am shuttle was free. Room was very clean and comfortable, showers were fantastic. No time for breakfast, but it looked and smelled delicious. Would definitely stay again!
