Booked same evening for one night. The staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, beds comfortable and we rested. In the morning we enjoyed a home made breakfast that was delicious. When we were ready we used their included shuttle to airport. I would stay here again.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff were not only impolite but also outright aggressive, which immediately set a terrible tone. The pictures online are completely misleading and do not represent the reality of the place at all. When we arrived around 10 PM, we were told we couldn’t eat in the common areas and were forced to order food and eat inside our rooms because of their bizarre policies. The entire atmosphere feels more like a prison than a hotel. Definitely not worth the money or the stress — I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place to stay close to the airport jn a safe part of Guatemala city. Staff is very nice, rooms are clean, breakfast was freshly prepared and the garden was beautiful.

My family stayed here for 1 night as we had an early flight the next morning to Flores. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. They were extremely helpful with advice and getting us to and from the airport, which is only minutes away. The place is located in a safe spot. Our room was cute and impeccably clean. ||I would highly recommend this place.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were rude and confrontational, which made us feel completely unwelcome from the start. The photos online are very deceiving — the reality is nothing like what was advertised. We arrived late in the evening and were shocked to learn we weren’t allowed to eat in any common areas, so we had no choice but to eat dinner inside our rooms. The whole place feels cold and uninviting, almost like being locked inside a facility rather than staying at a hotel. Definitely an awful experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the breakfast was good and staff was nice, the only issue was the small room size! I recommend it for location and safety.

I just stayed here for three nights as a solo woman traveling. Don't think, book it! It is super clean, nice and close to the airport and very safe. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful and so is the breakfast. Make sure to enjoy your breakfast in their lovely yard. The eggs and pancakes especially.

The outdoor space looked terrible. Service was terrible. Told me they would give me breakfast to go, did not happen. Room was soooo small.
