Perfect for a nights stop over with underground parking. Very friendly and helpful staff close to bars restaurants etc

Great location, just 2 minutes walk from the main street in the new park of Cuenca, and only a 5 minute walk to the start of the old city (20 minutes to Plaza Mayor). Rooms are very good value for money. Check-in was very quick and easy over the phone, and cleaning staff in the mornings are friendly and courteous. There is a communal fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron etc which is very useful. Have stayed here before, and will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hostel in mid-November (2017), the room was okay, I love the tv as it worked well (had some view channels, but still good). The bathroom was good. However, the only problem was that I could not communicate with someone if there were any problems. My shower head was broken.

Very good price to quality ratio - the rooms are nicely decorated, well equipped and cleaned daily. The owner is very friendly, she allowed us to stay in the room until 6pm on the day we were leaving. Good location.

I arrived at this hostel, and firstly I could not find it. There are signs on a window but no indication of where the door to get in was. I then called a number and they didn't speak English, and someone who could speak English was found, who directed me to a bar to pick up keys, and then I had to figure out which of the numerous surrounding buildings was the entrance. I wouldn't have minded this, if they had emailed instructions in advance. As such on the day I was running late for a wedding and this was not ideal. Then when I returned later, I couldn't get my key out of the door, so I was unable to lock my door. Clearly this has happened before (another review), so they should have fixed it. The room itself was fine, and the price reasonable, but the whole experience was a pain. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I just would not recommend a hostel that you can't lock the door or get in.

The place could actually be very nice but it obviously need a refresh and the room to be emptied a bit, the couch taking half of the room the huge chairs etc.... just so the tv doesn't stand in the middle of the room eventually replace the lamps from the 30's or at least the lightbulb (more than half are not working) and the aircool is not cooling enough the room is awfully warm to sleep even though colder than outside. However the good part is that the room is clean despite the very old age of the decorations. (Violetta room)

This hotel is an apartment block in a central location but not particularly charming to look at. Inside it is pleasant and well equipped but is really a self-contained room - no restaurant or bar here. Happily, the was an excellent bar opposite (Bogarts) that we enjoyed.

Clean and very centrally located apartments, staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lot to do in the area. We had some issues with the keys to enter (they would not work properly in the door).||The rooms are clean and comfortable.
