Pros: Decently clean, well located (near to many tourist attractions and 15 min from the central train station), the private toilets, showers, and full bathrooms are a huge plus. They have locks on the lockers as well as on the dormitory rooms. Building also feels safe, with 24h reception, and the neighborhood is neat, with many restaurants in a variety of price ranges.
Cons: The sheets (which you have to put on yourself) don’t exactly cover the whole mattress. Little privacy in the lower bunks, none at all on the upper bunks. The lockers, while locking, are a tight fit for even a standard backpacking bag (I think mine is 30L). The bathrooms, despite being perfectly clean, have a sewer smell. Maybe it’s a summertime problem. And one side of the building is facing a construction site where work begins at 6:00am, so bring earplugs!
Neutrals: Bed comfort, kitchen and common area all nice but not special. Some staff are very nice, others less, but no one rude. Doesn’t seem to be an especially social hostel, which was fine for us.
