On the fifth day, my fan broke down. I went to the front desk for an extra fan for five consecutive days, but they told me they didn't have any. However, on the evening, while I was going downstairs, I noticed other guests taking fans from the front desk to go upstairs, and I also found two other idle fans. I went to the front desk to ask for one, and they told me that all our fans were in use and couldn't be given out. They offered to refund my money.
