We booked through Booking.com. It said that they have a private area and that it costs 15 euros per car. We booked, arrived at the location and saw that the private area is a small parking lot that everyone can access. It is absolutely not a PRIVATE area. Then we asked the receptionist if it is a safe area to park our cars that contain valuables, to which the receptionist indicated that it is not and that they can NOT guarantee safety. Why do I pay 15 euros for a “private area” that anyone who walks by can easily access? Then we came up with a solution to remove 2 people from the booking who will sleep in the car, so that we know for sure that nothing happens to the cars. The hotel did not agree and did not even want to cooperate with the solution while they made a mistake. We have been trying to contact the hotel via booking.com for months, but they ignore both us and booking.com. also the hotel lied to booking.com multiple times by saying they don't speak english, while i literally spoke english to them half an hour ago because i don't speak spanish. All this because they don't want to admit their mistake.
