Hostel Estoril

Wendy has been extremely helpful from helping me find the cheapest laundromat to giving me ideas for activities to do around the center. She had made my stay so comfortable. I highly reccomend this hostel. Great vibes and free coffee in the morning.

Apart from the majestic building and its spaciousness, an absolute cold, soulless overpriced place to stay. A disgrace. Rude, impolite receptionists, looking down on you, playing loud political nonsense and music in the background, sketchy volunteers, an absolute disregard for the atmosphere, dubious environment, highly not recommend it. Get your act together, it's not a place to feel comfortable or relaxed, AT ALL. Take care!!!

Location is very good, close to shopping centers, coffee shops, stores and many more. It is a well kept old building. It has few common areas to hang out; you can smoke in the building in a specific area and has a communal kitchen and a place to study, watch tv. The second day the girl at the reception was so helpful with any questions that I have asked🙏🏼 She has given me bunch of information which I am very grateful of and both of the receptionist know English very well. The kitchen, bathrooms and common areas cleaned and kept clean very regularly. The rooms I have stayed were maximum 6 beds which I found it nice. The price is very affordable. There is a complementary coffee and tea in the mornings.

Mixed feelings for Estoril. I´d say you get what you pay for. I was staying there over New Years, and the rooms on the first floor are nice. If you choose the cheaper option on the second, you will get a very dirty kitchen, old beds and no AC. The Staff was nice, I was extending three times without any problems and they were always open for a nice chat. :)

Location cannot be more central, staff in nice, building has elevator and shops nearby. Kitchen is good and there is coffee in the morning. Sometimes party in red room are loud but I will not lower rating for this. Absolutely loved female dorm.

Great hostel, Wendy is lovely and will take care of whatever you need! Great prices, and very comfy. We've had fun there and hostel staff are very welcoming! Highly recommend it!

I went to this hostel after an extremely disspointing stay at a nearby hostel. The staff here are truly amazing, always ready to help with anything and very friendly overall. The beds are comfortable, I stayed in 3 different rooms during my stay and all have enough space. There are plenty of bathrooms and kitchen space as well. The location is perfect right across from an archiectual jewel in the heart of Monserat district. I would really recommend this hostel as it offers something for everyone. Overall I stayed about 3 weeks and have good memories of the place.

A small hostel in the middle of the city. It is perfectly placed to easily access multiple viewpoints through the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hostel is a bit pricey, and on my last day there was no running water.

Would have given this place 5 stars, but my room was next to the reception area. The receptionist and his friends literally cackled and played their guitar until 5am! So, if you have an early flight, tour, etc., ask for a room elsewhere. Anyhow, the pretty blonde who greets you (during daylight hours) is very helpful. She will give you a map and give you some pointers. They have cheap laundry service--a jewel for backpackers. Wifi worked, hot showers, lockers, luggage storage, and even a bbq night you shouldn't miss. I will definitely book again....but ask for a back room. :)

Stayed there for one night in a private room with a friend. Everything was pretty clean and the common area was very cosy and the wifi was fine. Breakfast was good and it's a very good location. Receptionists were all really friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calmer hostel.
