So the place needs a little bit of work (refurbishments) but it had everything you need; clean bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms. |There's a club downstairs, it was closed while I was there but I heard it's pretty cool. The bedrooms need improving though; loud and squeaky doors and floorboards aren't ideal with people coming and going through the night, and curtains on the beds would be great. |But for me what made it so great was everything else. Nice location, a little walk out of the city centre through a beautiful park, on a quiet road with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. |The actual building is really cool, kinda looks like a cinema on the outside and inside it's kinda gothic looking with original features and balconies running round the inside of the 'courtyard'.|Next up . . . Staff, I only met a few and they were all so nice but Anna was fantastic! She was so helpful, kind and really interesting to talk to. She set the scene for me and made my stay complete :)|Overall I would recommend based on my experience.|

The hostel is located on the number 1 or 6 tram line with trams every 5 minutes to town, the stop is right outside so easy to find, and hear from 7/730 am! reasonably clean, there is a small kitchen, and doesn’t seem to be much atmosphere in the hostel itself, but plenty outside the window( which doesn’t have curtains) from midnight till 6am! There is a nightclub directly underneath, so great if your with a group of mates and looking to party, plenty of cheap food and beer also available nearby!|There showers and toilets were perfectly acceptable by hostel standards across Europe and Asia, the beds have plenty of space between bottom and top bunk, much higher than normal which is good, and also lockable storage under beds, I used my own lock, but they will lend you one if you like which is good, some won’t!|The mattresses however are like something from a concentration camp with hard springs poking through, (tried to show in picture, but not the best!) very uncomfortable probably the worst I can remember staying on in my many years of staying in hostels. |Very thin pillow, decent duvet and clean sheets, but no towel, grrr!|Hopefully if the get some curtains and new mattresses it would be worth putting up with the noise as it is in a good location, never mind, on to the next place!|

I was sleeping in Fleda (hotel?) for few nights with my friend. I was lucky to sleep in room with two beds but they were extremaly uncomfortable.||I have to say that is was dirty and forgotten. Dont get me wrong. You could see that the cleaning ladies are cleaning but the owner have probably never been inside. ||1. Horrible beds||2. Old showers > the curtains are not even working properly||3. You can hear everything throught the walls and thin doors. ||4. There is dust in (huge!) lamps||5. They dont care about towells or sheets for the beds in rooms for more people. ||Oh and there is a club downstairs so don’t even hope to get some rest on the weekend.||Its just old. But if you’r Okey with that then dont worry. The personel is nice. And its quite cleen.

I stayed 2 nights and my experience was just about okay. The floor was super dusty like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. To get to my dorm I had to go through another dorm which I don't think was good as I had to tip toe around when people were sleeping. It can get really hot in summer and there are no fans or AC. Just windows. It is pocket-friendly though. But, I would look for another option if I go to Brno again.

Unless you're planning to party hard and pass out at 5 am from alcohol poison don't come here. The attached bar is a great concept - although in practice very bad for any quality sleeping, if you expect that. The rooms are directly above an alley where all the magic happens, all night long. Seriously, if party is your goal - fantastic, stay up all night, mingle with the crowd. Just get wasted enough though. Otherwise I would suggest you skip this place. Its way smarter to just come here and party, but sleep in peace somwere else, where you can choose your sleeping hours. I think even if you stay in Brno FOR the party, you don't want to sleep IN the party, no ?

Having stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom, the room was very clean and quiet. There were two bathrooms for I'm guessing was 4 twin rooms. ||The kitchen had everything you would expect. Whilst it may be crowded if a few people are cooking at once, there was room to prepare, cook and eat!||The kitchen was the cross roads for the dorms, meaning a great chance to meet a lot of people moving in and out.||Our experience of the hostel was quite positive. We stayed for two nights and met some very interesting people. ||The staff went out of their way to help you out and made sure you didn't walk away confused.

The location was okay, about 20 mins walk into the town centre. The hostel was okay, good enough for the price. Staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and with some ventilation (as it didn't work).

The photos posted on booking.com definitely do NOT match the room which we slept in. The room is extremely simple consisting of just beds and a small desk - there are no curtains, food table, lampshade, sofa etc.||Despite the hostel is clean it is not well kept such as the tiles as well as the reception. ||The entry to the hostel is not welcoming.||I will definitely not go to hostel fleda again. Not recommended.
