Hostel Mamas&Papas

Clean hostel with a chill vibe. Slightly out of the main town but actually a really nice quiet neighbourhood (no road noise) with a beautiful park across the road for walking and watching sunset. Only 5min walk to bus and train station, which gets you everywhere. Main supermarket also only 5min walk away. Staff are super friendly (owner especially so when we met him), 3x bathrooms, 3x kitchens, all well-cleaned daily. Comfy beds and very chill common space and backyard good for socialising and hanging out. Free breakfast everyday (3x different cereals + bread, salami, cheese) and super tasty free BBQ on Mondays and Thursdays. I stayed a couple of weeks and would definitely come back. Everything you could ask for from a hostel.

This was one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had! The place was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help they gave me great tips about the city. Although the hostel is about 3 km from the city center, it’s easily reachable by public transport or even a nice walk if you’re up for it. The atmosphere in the common areas was super warm and social, perfect for meeting travelers from all around the world. If I ever come back to Gdańsk, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place where everyone truly feels at home — from the kind and welcoming staff to the lovely travelers you meet here. There’s always a spirit of openness and sharing in the air. I loved this place! Free barbeques all the time, great free breakfast (and they're not strict on times, they're happy to feed you at any time). Warm and friendly staff, super funny cat. There's a cosy common area with a big TV but actually we never even turned the TV on because we would just hang out and watch the cat. Homely, social atmosphere. On the weekends it's super lively and everyone has drinks together and then goes out to explore the nightlife.

enjoyed my stay so much! they offer free breakfast (and even hosted a free barbecue) and upgraded our room to a better one. everyone was so nice and there was a playful kitten in their garden which was so adorable!!

I have spent only 3 nights there but I would have loved to stay longer! It's super social, pretty easy to make friends and it feels like home pretty fast! I would definitely come back👌🏻

We stayed at the hostel for two nights and our experience was horrible. First of all the rooms were real dirty, the floors were not washed in a while. The towels smelled, you couldn't dry yourself with them because of the smell. Speaking of which all the rooms had a drainage odor which reeked all over the hostel. To make matters even worse after our stay there, they asked us for more money claiming that we stained the matteres, after demanding evidences and after reporting them on booking they said it was all alright. I do NOT recommend!

probably the nicest place in Gdansk, free breakfast and a nice relaxing area both inside and outside. Very friendly staff. Close by is a beautiful park with an outdoor fitness gym. free breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended place. Buses goes constantly in to town outside for only 1 euro.
