We stayed two nights in this hostel, which truly made our trip to Naples excellent. Perfectly located between the train station and the city center. The building is very secure, with easy and convenient access at any time of the day or night. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff were perfect and extremely welcoming, especially the lady in charge of breakfast – an absolute sweetheart. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

A cozy hostel with clean and great quality rooms positioned close to the train station. Serves as a great hub to get around. The service was great, and the staff were wonderful. They also offer great information of the best places to eat, visit or just get around. In a town where transport can be confusing, learning the fastest and most efficient ways to get to where you want to go is crucial. They also offer awesome events and guides for the hostel lead by wonderful people creating good vibes. If I come back to Naples, I know where to stay 👍🏻

The host was super friendly and welcoming, he personally helped me plan my time in Italy. The tour with Melanie was a lot of fun and the overall vibe was pretty social. The kitchen area is nice and useful. Everything is clean, safe, and in good condition. The cons for me: AC could be better. Also, they make you completely leave the hostel from 10:30 to 14:00 for cleaning, even if you’re not checking out. You can’t even stay in your own bed. I have stayed in many many hostels and have never came across such a policy. As someone who likes to take his day slowly sometimes and chill in the hostel, this would have been a dealbreaker had I known beforehand. Just keep this in mind

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is cozy and welcoming, and the reception staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hospitality was truly excellent 🙂 If you're looking to experience the warmth of an Italian home, this is the perfect spot. The shared kitchen adds to the charm, giving off that comfortable, homey Italian vibe. The hostel is in a prime location—just a short walk from the main sites—making it super convenient for exploring the city. There are also frequent visitors, which gives the place a nice, social atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!

Location is great. Right next to the main central station and it's a block away from the busy main shopping street. Staff is friendly and professional and their breakfast is affordable. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are upgraded (not your usual old-european structures hehe). I do recommend!

I stayed in a mixed dorm and had an extremely frustrating experience due to a guest who snored loudly throughout the night. What made it worse was that when I asked the receptionist for help, they didn’t offer any support or alternative solution. I understand shared dorms come with challenges, but it’s basic decency to be considerate of others—especially if you know you snore heavily. Honestly, I don’t understand why someone who snores like that would choose a dorm room instead of a private one. It’s inconsiderate to other guests who are paying for a night's sleep, not an endurance test. I really think hostels should start including a question during booking like: ‘Are you okay with being in a room with a snoring person?’ and also ask guests: ‘Do you snore?’ with a checkbox. It's a simple way to be more thoughtful about shared living spaces. I’m disappointed in the lack of empathy from the staff and the complete absence of a solution. If you’re a light sleeper or expect even basic customer service, you may want to look elsewhere.

The hostel is perfectly good with good facilities and a good breakfast. I had an unfortunately negative experience with a male member of staff (not the manager) who was very rude and dismissive as I tried to ask a simple question. He was saying “ciao” in a scranton way over and over while i was talking like a teenage girl to her mother. Quite the souring experience with such a rude man. But every other staff member was incredibly kind and helpful with amazing recommendations so it does make up for it. The rooms and facilities are perfectly fine and the location is good near the station. And the door is accessible 24/7 which is amazing. You aren’t allowed in your room between 10:30 and 2:30 every day which is something to keep in mind! Overall the hostel is great minus that one man.

I stayed one of the 6-people-rooms. And I really like it(I was alone in the room) I read the comments about bedbug problem, but I didnt encounter any kind of problem. Beds were soft and nice, also the bathroom was clean. The girl who works there was the best, I really liked her, she was kind and helpful. Offered me to carry my luggages. The breakfast was okay, I dont know if it is a italian thing but there were lots of sweet things but only cheese as salty. I wish there were more species. My only problem with the hostel was the checkout time. It was really early...

Yelp
Room is relatively suitable .. with alright air conditioning .. breakfast in the morning 8-10 not a bad spot .. older gent behind the desk with the big white beard is a rude dickhead type presence- type to complain at you till you're worried he'd have stroke at for you breathing wrong; good spot To stay if you don't deal with some of the staff If anyone knows how to say fuck yourself in Italian let me know - one star for bad experience with staff and cheaper and more local options available

Yelp
I have been here this summer 2020 and the place was fantastic despite the obvious and fair rules to follow due to the pandemic. The owners and the staff were all delightful. Thanks for all the tips :)

Yelp
Good location near the train station, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and flexible, and the room met all expectations. Comfortable and casual common spaces, and even some food/snacks were provided during my stay. For the very low price there is probably nothing better around.

Yelp
Okay hostel. Area is totally sketchy though; if you can help it, get here before dark. You have to ring the bell every time you want to get in, and there's no room key either; last person who leaves takes the key to the reception, and if you're the first person to the room, you get the key from the reception. Interesting system. The beds are alright but a bit creaky, and the blankets are warm. It's next to a street that was having construction when I went though, so it was a bit noisy. The bathroom is inside the room, but the light for the bathroom and the shower are super loud. There are lockers that you need to bring locks for (as usual). They provide breakfast, which is toast and a variety of spreads, cereal, tea, and coffee, and there's a fully functional kitchen and eating area. Staff is pretty friendly though!

Yelp
A nice hostel in Naples. More of a "keep to yourself" vibe than I'm used to, and in a fairly loud/busy part of town, but nice accommodations nonetheless. Easy in and out of the train station, which is great because nobody comes to Naples to stay in Naples. Easy access to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi coast, and isle of Capri. The owner knows his stuff, ask him for advice on what to do. With the metro so close you can get around town to the great pizzerias.

Yelp
Somewhat poorly maintained hostel in a questionable neighbourhood with cheap, shaky bunk beds and LOTS of street noise. I found a shaving razor on the shower floor, but I suppose that's the fault of the guest rather than the establishment itself. Other problems are the lack of night life (lame common area and no bar) and lots of rules: the staff evacuate the hostel whenever the cleaning staff come.
