Don’t stay here! Very bad management!!
I tried to contact the hostel weeks in advance to modify my booking and to advise them of my late arrival. I didn’t receive a reply on emails, messages or phone calls. Eventually I got a hold of the hostel a day before arrival, which didn’t allow me to change the booking anymore.
They advised me that it’s not a problem to arrive late at night. I arrived at 1AM in the morning and the door was locked. After a few minutes luckily someone opened the door. Apparently I had to receive a code to enter the hostel.
Then they couldn’t find my key.
I reserved a 6 bed dorm, but ended up staying in a 10 bed dorm.
They advertised that the rooms have AC, but the AC was not turned on. The windows were kept open, so you got woken up early by traffic noise and people smoking cigarettes in front of the window.
I ended up leaving the hostel 3 days earlier (which was my original plan, but since they don’t respond to emails or phone calls, my booking was never modified).
I was promised a refund but the staff was not allowed to refund in cash. Eventually I’ve been in contact with the manager a couple of times and she used the excuse that she never received my payment, which was untrue.
After a few weeks, I contacted the manager again and she literally hung up on me. This is the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced.
