Hostel Pioneros del Valle

We absolutely loved staying at this hostel. The rooms are very comfy and the hostel is social, but quiet. The kitchen has literally anything and everything you need to cook. The small markets/stores around are amazing so if you get tired of eating out or need to prep breakfast for an early hike, it’s really nice to have. Plenty of comfy spots to complete work or read with a great view. The staff is super super nice as well and provide great tips if you need any for trails.

We had a great stay at Pioneros, the kitchen was large and social and staff were welcoming and friendly. Matias, Nacho in particular went above and beyond when I lost my earphone. They found it in the washing before sending it all the way to Buenos Aires - extremely helpful thank you!!

Terrible experience. We planned to wake up early for a hike, but the live music they hosted made it impossible to sleep. If you’re looking for a student party atmosphere, this place might suit you. However, it’s definitely not suitable for hikers or anyone seeking rest. It was extremely noisy and disruptive.

Worst place ever, We booked 3 nights and on the third night they decided to raise our price just like that for no reason, even though we booked a 3-night stay in advance at a fixed price. In addition, they called the police to remove us from the hotel. The manager was terrible and unwilling to talk to us when we tried to understand the reason for the price increase.

Very nice hostel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nice big, well equipped kitchen. Only things that could be improved are wifi range to some rooms and more seating options.

Rooms were ok, cleaned everyday so that’s good, but the kitchen was at best filthy and staff fairly comfortable doing nothing, better go somewhere else even if it is pricier

Worst hostel! The staff are rude and the shower in the room doesn't work! They don't have any other showers to offer either.. Avoid at all costs

The place is not bad you get what you pay I did get injury because when I enter the toilet there was no way to open the door because for some reason the handle wasn't there and after 20 minutes someone finally answered my WhatsApp message... But in general it's nice that you have a shower and toilet in each room My problem is the beds you cannot sit on them if you bottom bunk.
