HOSTEL Quartier Bilbao

Worst hostel I've ever been to The rooms are dirty, the beds aren't cleaned even when you arrive very late for check in, there's absolutely no space in the lower bed and you will hit your head every time you want to get up. If you request something at the reception you will need to ask twice or thrice before they do it for you. The bathrooms/showers aren't cleaned regularly, and in the toilets some are missing the toilet seat. The only good thing about this hostel is the location.

I stayed in the Hostel for 2 days, the place is very calm and small and therefore creates an atmosphere. The rooms were clean, so was the communal area and the terrace was lovely. Breakfast is included and the staff were very friendly and helpful at any time. Also you can leave your luggage before and after the checkin/out which is a huge win. 🚨only if you want to cook, be aware that there is no stove.🚨

Quiet hostel if you JUST need a place to sleep. I would not stay again, atmosphere is not at all social. Mixed dorm also means a shared bathroom between males and females, it is small and dirty. In my room, the bed is comfortable but the other travelers, being all older males, made it uncomfortable. The outlet by my bed did not work and the locker door was almost falling off after I asked them to fix it. Would not stay again

what an impressive city QB is in. wow genuinely fortunate to've visited. my life time dream came to life. though, i dream even while am awake. go figure! guggenheim was focus as was the city's formidable architecture. it is amazing! i have even considered bilbao a start point for my attempt to doing camino. one day. that one bucket list item. aye! now, speaking of architecture, QB isn't far behind. perfectly located, lovely lobby set up and that fabulous team behind that desk. one thing that had me going bananas though, was my bed. it was comfy but not well designed, placed, i don't really know what it was. i bumped my head more than a couple times as i tried to squeeze out of it. and when i say "squeeze," i do mean it. the locker is right there AND well, it is hard to explain. i am five 8 and could not comfortably sit in my own bed -- all while the super tall (6"2) person above me could stand on his own bed and not even reach the ceiling. the now infamous 11/8.

My back is covered with bed bug bites. My roommates had found small bugs in their beds and removed them, but I hadn't and apparently they were bed bugs. I find what happened really serious and a symptom of poor cleanliness.

Really nice hostel in the old part of Bilbao. This neighborhood is full of activities, bars, restaurants etc. and also within walking distance to the newer part with the Guggenheim museum. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, and there was a small breakfast included with bread, cereal and fruit options. We are a couple and stayed on the top floor in a room with two beds. On this floor is also a small communal area and a balcony. This closes at 10. The room itself was spacious and we had a bathroom down the hall. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from outside after 10pm, and the room is not very well insulated so bring some earplugs if you don't like to sleep with the sounds of the city. The room had air-conditioning which can also let some warm air into the room if you would like to.

The neighbourhood is very noisy, so definitely bring earplugs. Infrastructure is perfect considering the price you pay. We went late to breakfast and were confronted with empty dishes, so act accordingly

It’s a great place to stay! Clean, modern, staff is very friendly and the location is just amazing! Next time I will come back! P.S. breakfast is included! It’s great!!
