100 meeters from beach. Food is amaizing with decent prices. There are shared showers but with enouhg privacy so it shouldnt matter much. Staff will do everything in their power to make ur stay as pkeasent as possible. Enjoyed my stay, only thing is there are no air conditioners, so hopefully you dont go sleep early, after midnight it gets easier to fall asleep.

Not as fancy as other restaurants in the city, but it is OK. It is not crowded, and serve the foods very fast. I like this "old-fashioned" style restaurant.

I can not (yet) evaluate the food I have just had a coffe and water in the morning. Unfortunately they do not offer anything suitable for breakfast but they do have a nice selection of food for lunch and dinner. Service was a bit clumsy...and slow.

The place is really well located, on top of the old city, avoiding noise in the late evenings so one can have a good sleep for being only 5 min away from the beach. The restaurant is directly connected to the hostel, making dinner easy to find after a long hiking day. A small drawback would be the absence of kitchen for self-cooking, but the staff is really nice and proposed us to store our food in their kitchen fridge. Free hiking trails maps are available, as well as a more detailed map of the old city at the reception. Service was really much appreciated. To recommend. ;)

A really nice hostel! They were overbooked so they arranged us to sleep with some locals who had a room. There was a really nice guy gave us 'snaps' on arrival. A drink that the locals made there. The room was really nice and the host also! We could easily park our motorbikes and the breakfast was nice. I did really appriciate it!!. 50 stars

The restaurant itself is looking good, it's inexpensive, the atmosphere is great and the staff is really nice and attentive. So, everything is looking good, but the food is a bit lackluster. Since we visited this restaurant years ago and really enjoyed it, we were a bit let down. We had 2 pizzas, 1 pasta with seafood and 2 salads. The pizza dough was chewy (I guess it was too long in the oven at a too low temperature), the pasta was cooked too long and the seafood wasn't that great either, and the salads were pretty meh. Also, some ingredients the menu promised were missing. The seafood pizza, for example, had only tuna. So, we didn't expect it to be perfect as it's not a pricey restaurant, but there's still room for improvement.

A beautiful restaurant in the centre of Krk. The fish is locally, freshly caught every day. They serve home-made olive oil with home-made traditional Croatian bread. The dishes we had were delicious, the service excellent. The waitress was wearing a local traditional dress, which was a nice touch. They also had a highchair for the baby. The menu is written in Croatian, German, English and Italian. The only drawback is the place is not pram/ wheelchair accessible as there are few stairs from each direction. The toilet is the same, a few stairs lead up and inside the restaurant.
