Very welcoming and clean environment, perfect for tired travellers in need of rest. Access to three bathrooms and a kitchen containing everything you need. Great hostel experience.

As a female solo traveler, I really appreciated how clean and well-organized everything was. The staff was friendly and helpful – one of the women at the front desk gave me great tips for things to see and do in the area. The 6-bed dorm I stayed in was a bit small and quite warm, as there was no air conditioning, but they did provide a fan, which helped a little. The location is also great – it’s within comfortable walking distance from the city center, but in a quieter area, which I liked. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Good place for a few nights at an affordable price. There are bathrooms on the hallway, you might have to wait a bit during popular shower hours but they are probably the cleanest hostel bathrooms I've ever seen, and the shower was nice and warm which was appreciated. Bed was comfortable and the room nice enough, outlets and lights provided at each bed. However, the room was quite warm, and the provided fan made it noisy - also, the blinds didn't really shut out the street lamps so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive. Padlock to the lockers are provided. Free maps and good advice about local sights from the reception. Only cash payment possible, so come prepared. Location is quite nice, in a more residential place, ca. 30 mins walk from bus/train station, ca. 5 mins to nearest supermarket, ca. 10 mins to town center. Kitchen has everything that you need for breakfast and simple cooking (pasta and sauce, or similar): fridge, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, utensils. Oven was not usable. The only downside is that the kitchen is not very comfortable to sit for some time, and there's not really any common room to hang out for a bit.

The hostel itself is decent enough, and the location isn’t bad either. Unfortunately, the overall experience is soured by having to deal with the manager/receptionist, Alex. She runs the place like a prison warden, enforcing an endless list of rules — honestly, there seemed to be more instructions on the walls than artwork. Every time she sees you, she’ll find a way to remind you of another one. The whole atmosphere felt like being back in boarding school as a teenager. Check-in is at 3 p.m., but she won’t even let you into the building a few minutes early to use the restroom or take a seat, which is frustrating for travellers who’ve just arrived from long journeys. I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in, in pouring rain, and she still refused to open the door until the clock struck exactly 3. It’s hard to describe the place as hospitable or welcoming with policies — and attitudes — like that.

Not a bad hostel. Rooms were fine and man at reception was delightful and very helpful. Bathrooms left much to be desired

Loved this place. Helpful, friendly, very clean, everything worked. When I arrived the receptionist gave me a map and talked through lots of recommendations with helpful tips on how much things should cost . My only wish is that the kitchen didn't have to close at 22:00, not because I want to cook after 10pm but because the common room is part of the same space. It's quite warm at night (early September), our 4-bed room came with a large opening window and two fans which was enough but in mid-summer I'd be tempted to spend more and get a hostel with air-con.

Nice hostel in an easy enough location. Major highlight was the incredible detailed recommendations. If you just do what is suggested on the map you will have an incredible visit. The rooms were super hot even with fans but that’s the time of the year! Not a super social hostel but if you get there at the right time or have nice roommates it’s then easy to have a great time. Well equipped kitchen if you’re cooking but there’s also pretty cheap food around if you need it!

Great location and very clean rooms and common spaces. The kitchen was a great place to meet fellow travelers, and it's a short walk to the main touristy area of town. They were very helpful and accommodating with luggage storage. Would stay here again.
