We stayed just one night, because we were mainly in town to catch the early ferry the next morning. We stayed in a cozy quiet bird-house-like single room up on high stilts with a view of the Lago - what fun!||Very friendly and helpful family-run B&B, and opportunities to meet other guests at breakfast.

We stayed at the campside with our pickup truck. It is a nice green area with nice trees. A little quiet area next to the main road. Nice&clean hot showers with good pressure. The owner let you feel very welcome. Good wifi. Nice dogs around.

Only planned to stay for one nite but stayed for 3. Lovely quiet location at the edge of town only 10 minutes walk from town centre. Tastefully decorated spacious and spotless room was perfect for us to take a break from driving the Austral route. Nice grounds surrounding the main building. Staff do not speak English but very friendly and helpful. We got everything figured out with pointing and acting. Wifi worked well for us but there were very few guests here at this time of year. Breakfast was good. Cute friendly dogs here to greet you. Great place to stay!

We stayed here for just one night in December 2016. It is not in the town, but very near to it, in the way to Argentina and Jeinimeni Park. It looks like an old farm, with a lot of green and farm objects. From our room, we could see a beautiful garden at the back of the building. The room was simple, comfortable and clean. We didn't have a shared bathroom, and it was very large and beautiful. The people were very attentive and nice and gave us good information about the ferry (we would take the following day, and how to get to Jeinimeni Park). The breakfast is very good and with several options. They also offer dinner if requested.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night - therefore, we definitively will come back. The lodge is slightly outside Chile Chico located but mostly recommendable. Driving up to the pathway to the main building gives you the surprising feeling of entering a historical museum. You will find a collection of a range of old lorries and other daily used historical household articles - nicely arranged (and without any dust :-)) Because the rooms with own bathrooms were already "sold out" we opt to stay in a restored VERY CLEAN stranded ship - it was amazing! Hugh bedroom with an often/chimney/fireplace, a kitchenette well equipped to cook snacks (incl. a fridge) and a fully equipped small bathroom. ||||Although nights in Patagonia can be very fresh, heating of the old boat was not a problem, the chimney was already prepared and there was enough wood to heat during the whole night. Only the sound of the birds or the roost crow could somehow disturb sweet dreams. ||||Unfortunately we had to leave very early to take the ferry boat, but the owner prepared a wonderful, caring and nicely stuffed picnic breakfast basket - we did not miss anything. ||||We loved it and hope to come back. Keep this engagement!

I spent one night in this lovely place, plenty of old historical artifacts from a farming past. Owners and the lady at the reception were both gentle. The dining room was lovely, the food great and the beers (regionals) just fantastic. The surrounding was nice but need some order: it can be seen a huge container, many garbage bins and the remains of old trucks that can be partially restored for the visitors can see some of the old time vehicles. After three days camping at Jeinimeni National Reserve, I needed a shower, and I did it, but with cold water! because the water heater had some malfunction. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. When the night came I checked the bed wich had clean sheets. On the other hand I started to look at the room in general, and I saw many spiders: smalls, big ones, long legged ones or short legged. A nightmare for an aracnophobic like me. After I get rid of this creepy eight legged friends, I started to check every corner, under the bed, under and behind furnitures finding nothing else. What a relief! They should try to use some insecticide to eliminate undesirable guests. During the checking I saw two huge and perfect mushrooms next to the radiator pipes. Well, apart from this it was a nice place to stay, silent, the price was fair, and was a short hike away from downtown Chile Chico.

This is one of the best campsites we have stayed at on our Carretera Austral roadtrip. We planned to stay for two nights, but stayed for three. After a beautiful hike in Jeinimeni to the Piedra Clavada we relaxed big time in the hot tub. With the sweet dogs, the beautiful garden and eating apples and prunes from the trees this is a little corner of paradise in Chile Chico.

This slightly, outside Chile Chico located, lodge is a remarkable treasure for the never tired traveler. Driving up to the pathway to the main building gives you the surprising feeling of entering a historical museum. On the one hand you find a stranded ship, which proves to have decades of history behind her, on the other hand you will find a collection of a range of old lorries, stripped of the essentials to get them back on the road. Drifting through the garden you are welcomed by curious young playing cats and a variety of chickens.||The reception as well as the dining room contain a wide collection of historical items bringing back precious memories of glorious past. I could not remember the function of some of them, while others gave me flashbacks of my mother preparing traditional meals in her cozy kitchen.||Our bedroom was clean, comfortable and had a good bed, while the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary utensils to get you started for the day. We had a bedroom overlooking the garden with a private bathroom, but some rooms share their facilities. So you it is up to you to order it if you want it.||Breakfast is a part of the arrangement and you can choose from a variety of breads, tea, coffee and marmalades. If you also want to have diner, fairly basic though, but at a reasonable price, let the receptionist know in advance. The owner has some experiments running in brewing his own beer and it is worth trying it out.||On the whole a nice and comfortable stopover on our way to the heart of the Aysen area: Puerto Guadal.
