Great service, in a quiet San Martin street. Room is a little tight, but they do a lot with what they have. Comfortable bed and a lovely view. I'd stay here again easy. Didn't get to experience the other amenities it may have as we flew in late in the day and then bussed out the next morning before dawn.

The location is nice and quiet. San Martin is a small town, so everthing was within walking distance. The staff was nice and our room was reasonably clean. The room had a carpeted floor which is hard to keep clean, so it looked rather awful and one wouldn't want to walk barefoot on it. The shower was clearly not built for tall people (190 cm or 6 feet ). The shower head hung so low, that for a tall person it was impossible to wash their hair, especially as the bathtub was so short that one couldn't bend below the shower head. Another room might have a better shower though. Breakfast was sort of ok, not international. Lots of sweet stuff. We asked for eggs on our first morning and got them on out third and last one.

The room was nice and comfortable with good heating, they were cleaned everyday and when we didn't leave the room early, front desk rang us to ask us did we need the room cleaned. Breakfast is typical Argentinean style and the hot food is served to you such as toast, croissants and tea or coffee and you get the feeling nothing would be too much trouble. There is also cereal, fruit and cake available. We had to leave for our bus early at 6am and we were offered to have breakfast ready for us at 5am. There is one staff member with very good English but the rest don't really but they try to be as helpful as they can. We originally were only staying here for two nights as a stopover between Bariloche and Pucon but due to Volcanic ash the border was closed so we ended up having to stay a further three nights and this was no problem with the Guesthouse. They were very nice and told us to let them know if there was anything we needed. It's a very short walk to the centre and the bus station but in a nice quiet area. Only complaint would be that wifi doesn't work very well in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this place.

I loved this place! Peaceful location only 5 minutes walk from lots of restaurants. Our room was quite spacious and had a little table alcove looking out to trees. Smallish shower but hot water. Strong wifi. Delicious breakfast! Friendly staff.|No complaints, wish we had longer here.

Stayed one night at this very cozy little place in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in morning was typical Argentine breakfast, fresh and good. Rooms were small with hobbit like ceiling heights, but it is a funky building. Vert quiet at night, but well lighted outside fir walk to from town.

Chalet-like hotel located at walking distance of the main shopping street of San Martin. Free parking place provided. ||The room was under the roof, with virtually no place to stand up without bumping your head. Not recommended if you suffer from claustrophobia. Virtually no place to move in the bathroom, which had seen better days. The carpet was in need of being replaced. It took me several minutes to open the door of the room, with an old key that was ready to retire. Breakfast was fine though limited in choice.||Overall just OK.

Good location and very friendly staff. Hosteria is showing its age and standard room was very small. Showers small. Easy walk into town for dinner and san martin is a nice alternative to the bigger and brasher Barilcohe. If you have already driven the 7 lakes head back to Bariloche by Junin and ruta 40 for great scenery.

The location was good. There were many similar inns on this block; regreted not checking them out. La Raclette had the smallest room in all of Argentina, the manager was not friendly. And we received a note under our door warning of a non negotiable 10:00 AM checkout. Earliest checkout in Argentina- why no notice while registering?
