Stayed here for location and honestly was not disappointed as I went with bad expectations. Place is clean and well maintained. They can make it fancy and modern but that means they can charge us a grand a night and they will easily find customers who'll pay that. But, we have to be thankful to them for keeping it affordable for most. They can improve breakfast and meals but I don't they will. So, carry from fruits and snacks and enjoy the unbeatable views from around this place

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we got there, the views were incredible. The view from our room was so beautiful, and waking up to it every morning was awesome. The bedroom was super comfy and really relaxing. But what made this place special was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Rodrigo really stood out. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best stay. He always had great suggestions and took care of everything quickly with a big smile. Rodrigo's effort really made our experience special. The views, the comfy room, and the great service all made our stay unforgettable. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We can’t wait to come back one day!

This was THE BEST stay. First of all, there is nowhere else in the park with such an amazing view so I would never stay anywhere else. You can watch sunrise from the comfort of your room and watch sunset from dinner (running out whenever you want to take a photo - easy as that). We loved hanging out in the common room upstairs and playing games while watching the mountains. The staff is so attentive, the food is so good and so well prepared/presented/thought out. We delighted in every aspect of Hosteria Pehoe. The rooms were super solid. Maybe slightly dated, but come on, we're out on a little island suspended in a lake. They were clean, comfortable, and again - incredibly located. And there is nothing cooler than walking the footbridge out to our littlie oasis. Again, the staff was really special, so kind, so helpful, and so attentive. We absolutely loved this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else - I MEAN THE VIEW! People pay way more for a LOT LESS and a way less special experience. This is where you want to stay!

This place is really a story of two halves. The room was genuinely bad. It was dirty (including the mattresses), hot and dingy. The heating was broken - it was on full blast but couldn't be turned down and only one window opened (even then being a ground floor room meant having it open all night didn't feel great). They also only have hot water at specific hours, and it's turned off an hour before checkout, which was a bit annoying. We'd recommend caution with what you think you're getting. We didn't get a view - there's clearly a nicer block of rooms with great views but ours was very dingy in a much older block. We'd also booked a double but arrived and had a room with three singles; we explained this but were told that that just happens sometimes with the request system and the place was booked up otherwise so we couldn't be moved. The receptionist did seem to try to help us and was pleasant enough, but didn't seem particularly bothered or apologetic, but I assume that's because it happens a lot. The main hotel building is fine. The dinner is okay and not terrible value compared with the rest of the park. Breakfast was also decent. The restaurant staff were very kind to us, as well. There's also an upstairs area with sofas and the great views, which is a good place to chill out. The good part of this review is that the view is stunning, and the walk to Mirador Cóndores is super close and a quick hike to a fantastic view. However, I suspect that Camping Pehoe up the road offers more for less.

Avoid Room 18 Like A Plague Like all the reviews here, I have to agree that the rooms here are old but you’re not staying here for the rooms. The views are amazing here so if you can get past the old room conditions (and the 6pm-10am hot water hours), then it’s a location to stay, especially if you’re into photography. Staff is great too. But please remember this: do not accept if they give you room No. 18. We booked for 2 nights and was placed in No. 18. Come bedtime and we realised there’s a pair of ‘resident’ foxes that lives in the ceiling of room 18, and they were making a lot of noise throughout the night. I’m talking noise that keep you up at night: knocking, running, nail scratching surface. The next day we went to reception to complain and got a new room without question. They’d known about this and can’t do anything about it (since it’s a national park), so they knowingly check in guests into that room (at least for one night then they’d exchange a new room for them the next day). Seems like a very dishonest way to do business to keep offering that room to unsuspecting guests. You have been warned.

The view of this Inn is postcard worthy ! And it’s perfectly located inside Torres del Paine National Park, it got a few nearby popular trails , Mirador Condores (by foot) and Mirador Los Cuernos (by car). We love the surrounding of this Inn. The Front Staff is quite accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is ok and is included but not enough selection. The room is outdated & needs repair. This inn maybe pricey for what it is however the stunning views , friendly staff and location makes up for it.

Unbeatable view. So much better than the view from Explora Hotel and for a fraction of the price. Friendly and helpful front desk. Expensive but definitely worth it so that you don't have to drive out of the park every night.

Google
Stunning location. Very expensive for what you get. Pros: natural beauty, great for photographers, lovely living room chill out area Cons: v expensive, not value for money, very simple breakfast, dated rooms with light streaming in, low pressure water. Complaint: breakfast until 10am. We go at 9am and there’s no coffee. Server said ‘No point making coffee for only another hour.’ In the end had to make them one by one which is inefficient and redundant given the amount of people still wanting coffee.

Yelp
I really want to give this give stars but I can't. It doesn't deserve them. This is a wonderful location and value for the money but too many little problems add up. You'll love the view from the hotel. It's a private island with arguably the best view of the Torres. However, you won't have Wi-Fi in the room. It's only available in the common area. Dinner is a set menu that costs $50 as of January 2024. It's not even free for staff - they should at least feed staff for free. Go to Refugio Pudeto (a 40 min walk or 7 minute drive away) for dinner instead. You'll pay 1/4 the price for the same food. Or bring your own. Think you have a proper toilet in your room? Nope. After every wipe you have to toss the dirty paper in the trash can, not the toilet. To be clear, I'd stay here again, I just wish they would have properly disclosed these items.

Yelp
Hostería Pehoe Is a a unique situation. Located on a fairly small island, connected by a rather long and narrow, uneven, wooden bridge to a small parking lot, and then to a windy gravel road, three hours away from the closest, rather small, city. Their guests hail from all over the world, with different dietary preferences and restrictions. They also serve over 100 guests per dinner. Their solution is to have a prefix menu, our choice for entré was salmon, pork rib, ok beans. It would be fairly upscale for a hospital cafeteria or a school cafeteria, but they did go out of their way to dress it up with the plating, and the service was impeccable. There was a small bowl of a dried ground pepper mix, that made the dishes quite nice, after dumping a few teaspoons. For anyone that has spent time camping, this is certainly a hyge step up from the typical rehydrated meals I would typically have. The pricing was a bit strange. We were told that out dinner would be $28,000 CLP or $40 USD. My wife had the salmon, and a glass of wine, and I chose the beans, and a glass of hot water, and both of ours were $28,000 CLP which due to the current exchange rate came out to roughly $40 USD each, with tip. What really sets this restaurant apart, are the views from inside and just outside. I have hiked for hours to get views anywhere close to what I'm currently looking at, from my table, while I write this review. Plus, it has WiFi, in middle of nowhere.

Yelp
We went here for our elopement and beginning of our honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and the views from dining room were unbeatable. The food was also great for how remote the location is. My only concern is the walkway to the island but hey, what's life without a little excitement (they're planning to repair/renovate the walkway). PS. Don't come here if you're an uptight gringo whose going to leave a bad review about water pressure or the remoteness. You're in the middle of nowhere in the most beautiful park on earth that's all that matters.

Yelp
HAVE AGAIN: Very good fixed prix menu and we were able to obtain a walk-in reservation even though we were not staying at the lodging. Fantastic views.

Yelp
Menu is limited as they offer two options as far entrees and appetizers. quality should be better for such a simple menu but....they are in the middle of the park taking care of tourist and bus loads of people. as far the food is concern, nothing to write home about.
