We loved our stay here. We had the superior matrimonial room and it was comfortable and warm, with a beautiful view. Slept like a baby every night (4nights) to the sound of waves right outside. The strong winds create these waves in the lake. Its mesmerizing. I couldn’t care less that the rooms are in the older side. This is one of the rare more affordable places in the park. I was in heaven and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Staff was lovely.

They offer a full menu with delicious food. That day we shared a meal for us and had the shrimp risotto as the main course. You also get an appetizer, soup, dessert and a drink as part of the menu. No other dishes offered for dinner aside from the three course option. Staff were very friendly.

The Hosteria has an excellent position on the Pehoe lake. The accommodation is simple as expected from the natural environment. The personal is kind and helpful. There is a large relax area with chimney and an incredible view on the Torres del Paine group. The Hosteria has also a restaurant open also to external visitors.

This is a gorgeous place to stay inside the Torres Del Paine National Park. Amazing view and the bridge adds a magical touch. We were actually hesitant due to the negative comments about cleanliness, but we were actually surprised as the rooms were cleaned properly, and they clean everyday. We chose a room with a view, and it was worth it. Free breakfast, buffet style and it’s ample and quite delicious! They have a water dispenser per building, and you can always ask in the kitchen/bar/reception, too. Staff in the kitchen were lovely and smiling esp. in the morning. HOWEVER, we had an issue as we booked a room with a mountain and lake view. BUT, we were given a room facing the garden! Staff in the reception told me that it was a glitch in booking.com website, and told me I should have chosen the mountain-lake view. So, I showed our booking receipt. Also, she mentioned that it happened before. I argued that if it has happened before, they should have done something about it. I insisted, and then they told us that we can stay in the Room with a View for 2 nights then move back to the Garden view. No compensation or no APOLOGY from the receptionist. Then we called the customer support from Booking.com, and from then on, we got a positive answer and we ended up staying in the same room. But again, the receptionist, or someone should have spoken to us properly. If we did not spoke to booking.com, then our money went down the drain. We were also given a twin bed instead of a Queen, as we are a couple having a holiday. Overall, it was a great place to stay. It has a parking spot before the bridge, and they offer lunch and dinner services. I just hope the receptionist will be as lovely as the rest of the staff, esp. the kitchen staff (big applause to them).

BEWARE OF RODRIGO MARTINEZ! From @photoexpeditionpatagonia he is not to be trusted or hired. He is a con man and recommended by the hotel. He advertises things he can’t provide. It's known around the local guides not to work with him. In short: He sold himself as the best guide, the owner of a highly exclusive company, with many guides and vans. It’s all a LIE. A literal con man that has worked to polish his online image. Details of my experience: 1. We requested a big van. He came in his car and said that all his other vehicles were reserved; he even faked phone calls to “his” other guides. A LIE. He has no cars other than his blue Havac. 2. He drove on the wrong side of the road in a blind spot, and when confronted, he said he “used his intuition” to know if cars were coming the other way. Crazy. 3. He talked about his employees and how he compensated them for working on Christmas; he has no employees and works on his own. 4. Riding with him means hearing him talk about himself and all he has achieved in life, the biggest arrogance and probably half of it is a lie. 5. He claimed to have a “key that opened secret doors” in Torres, which was another lie! He took us to average spots with no entry restrictions and still said how “lucky” we should feel to be there. 6. He drove close to the water while looking for something in a book, and when confronted by my dad, he responded, “Relax, I've been doing this for 15 years.” 7. He advertises a "gourmet picnic" and apart from the food being terrible, he didnt even bring water. He even said his store bought pisco was made by his wife. HE WILL LIE ABIUT ANYTHING. There are no word to express my disgust for this arrogant liar that will say anything for you to spend your money on him. I'm posting here since he has no personal account, was recommended by the hotel and has the hotel in his intagram bio.

Here you pay for the location. And the location is unbelieveably beautiful and I don't mind a cent spent for the room here. Yes, the rooms are outdated, but for a good night sleep it's everything what you need. And waking up with the views of the lake and the mountains is precious. The service is also top, the dinner is pricey if you want it, but again, sitting there with those views, I really didn't mind. If you want to stay inside the national park, this is the perfect base to explore everything.

We chose this hotel for the beautiful view and expected to have at least some decent service and room quality for 350 usd that we paid. Highlights: 1) room is super bad quality - it’s really old, ceilings are low which creates a pressuring feeling, the fan is barely working, my wife could not dry her hair, bathroom has poor smells and doesn’t feel clean, we didn’t even have a kettle (though tea bags were in place). And the worst thing WiFi in the room was not working AT ALL 2) cleaning was awful - we found the rubbish from previous guests under our bed 3) service in restaurant was unfriendly - we wanted to seat at the table next to the window, but we were not allowed to as there were only 2 of us. Even though it was end of the breakfast and no one else occupied this table You don’t need to pay 350 usd to see this view. Totally not worth it

What a location!, possibly most spectacular place I've ever stayed in, located on a beautiful island and accessed by a wooden walkway, the rooms are cozy, the beds comfy and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The views are breathtaking and there is a great living room upstairs looking out over the Torres de Paine massif. I'd put the Hosteleria Pehoe in my top ten places to stay in the world.

Yelp
We went here for our elopement and beginning of our honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and the views from dining room were unbeatable. The food was also great for how remote the location is. My only concern is the walkway to the island but hey, what's life without a little excitement (they're planning to repair/renovate the walkway). PS. Don't come here if you're an uptight gringo whose going to leave a bad review about water pressure or the remoteness. You're in the middle of nowhere in the most beautiful park on earth that's all that matters.

Yelp
There are no viable vegetarian options at the restaurant right now. Currently dinner all has meat in all of the dishes on the menu. For lunch there is a "veggie" burger really it is just a lump of quinoa that has been cooked on the griddle with no seasoning at all on it. Fries that came with it were not well cooked either. Otherwise hotel is nice. Staff is doing their best but needs at least one more person it seems. Also some don't know the answers to basic questions yet. Views are great.

Yelp
Hostería Pehoe Is a a unique situation. Located on a fairly small island, connected by a rather long and narrow, uneven, wooden bridge to a small parking lot, and then to a windy gravel road, three hours away from the closest, rather small, city. Their guests hail from all over the world, with different dietary preferences and restrictions. They also serve over 100 guests per dinner. Their solution is to have a prefix menu, our choice for entré was salmon, pork rib, ok beans. It would be fairly upscale for a hospital cafeteria or a school cafeteria, but they did go out of their way to dress it up with the plating, and the service was impeccable. There was a small bowl of a dried ground pepper mix, that made the dishes quite nice, after dumping a few teaspoons. For anyone that has spent time camping, this is certainly a hyge step up from the typical rehydrated meals I would typically have. The pricing was a bit strange. We were told that out dinner would be $28,000 CLP or $40 USD. My wife had the salmon, and a glass of wine, and I chose the beans, and a glass of hot water, and both of ours were $28,000 CLP which due to the current exchange rate came out to roughly $40 USD each, with tip. What really sets this restaurant apart, are the views from inside and just outside. I have hiked for hours to get views anywhere close to what I'm currently looking at, from my table, while I write this review. Plus, it has WiFi, in middle of nowhere.

Yelp
I really want to give this give stars but I can't. It doesn't deserve them. This is a wonderful location and value for the money but too many little problems add up. You'll love the view from the hotel. It's a private island with arguably the best view of the Torres. However, you won't have Wi-Fi in the room. It's only available in the common area. Dinner is a set menu that costs $50 as of January 2024. It's not even free for staff - they should at least feed staff for free. Go to Refugio Pudeto (a 40 min walk or 7 minute drive away) for dinner instead. You'll pay 1/4 the price for the same food. Or bring your own. Think you have a proper toilet in your room? Nope. After every wipe you have to toss the dirty paper in the trash can, not the toilet. To be clear, I'd stay here again, I just wish they would have properly disclosed these items.

Yelp
HAVE AGAIN: Very good fixed prix menu and we were able to obtain a walk-in reservation even though we were not staying at the lodging. Fantastic views.

Yelp
Menu is limited as they offer two options as far entrees and appetizers. quality should be better for such a simple menu but....they are in the middle of the park taking care of tourist and bus loads of people. as far the food is concern, nothing to write home about.
