Meh! Two possibilities: the standard of 4* in Argentina is very low, or this hotel has been a bit abandoned lately. The location is great and the views are definitely amazing. However, for 170USD a night I would have expected a better state of the room. Only a few sockets to connect your phone, horrible (very white and bright!) lamp on night table, toilet seat clearly has had many years of use, no toilet brush (you need to ask for it and they give you a huge toilet brush in a plastic bag with no holder). There is also no restaurant in the hotel btw. Breakfast is fine for Argentine standards but nothing out of this world, with a very cheap quality ham ("paleta" in the local vocabulary) The attention is fine. We went there in high season (mid January) and only 4 rooms were occupied. Price-quality is very bad in my opinion. The hotel is fine, but one would expect way much more for this price in Purmamarca. It could be that the business model is not working and they need to cut some costs. Honestly, no idea, but I hope this review helps the administration to consider some changes.

Very nice hotel in Purmamarca. Spacious, modern, and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the seating area and views of the surrounding mountains. Staff was great and breakfast was included. Lots of parking on the hotel property. This hotel was the nicest one we stayed at on our roadtrip through Salta and JuJuy but also the most expensive at 80000 pesos/night.

Nice hotel with kind staffs. The room is big and clean with good view to the mountains. It’s located close to the bus terminal which is really convenient for traffic transfer. One suggestion : to personal experience, the breakfast supplied is not in enough varieties. Especially as a standard hotel, it disappointed us to be honest. Had better improve this point.

As i sit here having breakfast the view is worth a million dollars. I read someone elses review and they said their only regret was not drinking wine on the terrace as the sunset. I vowed to do it for them but the wind was icy icy cold so we sat inside in this amazing glass sitting area drinking hot tea and i felt on top of the world and so so very blesssed to be here. Initially i thought this was a bit expensive compared to our previous accomodation but every penny was worth it. The room is warm and cimfortable, the best pillows in alll Argintina. Easy walk to town and fine restuarants and the most delightful professional music. The coloured hills surround you and are just a stroll away. People said Purmamarca was too touristy but i didnt notice. There is so much nature around, we didnt spend much time in town at all. Big bonus is that the ATM is reliable. I stayed 2 nights and could easily stay a week. The staff have been friendly..i dont speak Spanish but they always smile and brought me early breakfast when they saw me up early. Also i made a boo boo on my booking, wrong month....and they were fine , even charged me less . Gracias i loved it and will definitly stay again.

Easy location to reach because hotel is located just off main road. Hotel offers handy parking stall directly under your hotel room. Decent small rooms that are clean and quiet, but the best part of rooms is each has their own table and seating area directly out your front door, on a terrace. This is where we sat, had a beer and enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains, with all the unique colors of the rocks. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. About a five minute walk to get to center of tiny town and restaurants.||||Hotel is perfectly located to drive up gorge and travel to the Salinas Grandes Salt Flats (just be mindful of altitude sickness once your there). This is a must when in region and easily down with rental car.

reception adequate, but not very forthcoming with information. Size of room perfect and extremely clean with safe box and TV. internet conection only in the reception area. Plenty of safe parking space for those who arrive by car. they have an annex restaurant in the village center and at reception they will furnish you with a discount card, you have to ask! Breakfast is substantial and what you need for a good days start. thoroughly appreciated this hotel but price is a little too much.

Very good hotel. Nice design, very good rooms (good heating, excellent bed, good bathroom, every works fine). With a nice not big reception, a small dining where you take good quality breakfast. No restaurant but don't miss it as there are several very close in town. Wifi in reception area only.

We only stayed one night in this very nice hotel, located just on the edge of Purmamarca, right in front of the multi-coloured hill. Our room was very quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was better than most places in Argentina. Internet worked well near to reception but not in our room. The only disappointment was that reception directed us to the restaurant owned by the hotel in the town square for dinner. We had a terrible meal; not only was the food extremely disappointing but it was grossly overpriced. So, stay at the hotel, but eat elsewhere! There is no shortage of restaurants in Purmamarca, and most offer entertainment as well (unlike the hotel one).
